2 IMPORTANT - READ NOW We are cleaning up the database In the near future we intend to clean up the web-database. - We sometimes see that BrandName and Device have been mixed. Example: VCR HITACHI should have been HITACHI VCR - We find non-english devices like: DECODEUR only use English terms. Also, the clean-up means we will try to make fewer but consistent terms for the same device: - DVB-T RECEIVER, DVB-T SET TOP BOX, STB will be replaced by SET TOP BOX - VIDEO RECORDER and VCR will be replaced by VIDEO PLAYER RECORDER - TV PLASMA, PLASMA TV, PLASMASCREEN will be replaced by PLASMA TV - TV_LCD, TV LCD will be replaced by LCD TV At present we cannot tell you exactly how much will change, but it will influence on your TT455- RT-238's Memory Map. Your Memory Map might not be able to find the commands if STB changes to SET TOP BOX, and you might have to reconfigure your Memory Map after the clean-up, but I am sure we all share a mutual interest in the clean-up. Therefore - in order for us to make the best clean-up - we need your help: - Send us your suggestions to the above replacements. The more suggestions we get, the better a job we can do. We kindly ask that you upload commands you have copied and tested from your remote control, which have not yet been uploaded to the web. Visit the Configurators CommandList, open the Local CommandList files for your products not yet uploaded and click Upload to Web. This will help new users and ensure you have an online copy for backup. We need your help in order to reduce confusion, so please do it as soon as possible.

3 LinTronic advise X10 beeing phased out We have decided to skip selling X10 and will soon be phasing out the sales of X10 products. The reason is that many of our customers are becoming serious about investing in a more professional, reliable and faster working system, with data-collision control and more features. We have found such a good system and have been testing it for the past 3 months and we have recently been approved as dealer. We will soon release more information about this system, as it will be integrated in the upcoming HomeAutomation and -Media program. 12 Customers section (UK) After 12 years with a complete B&O setup, we decided to switch to Pioneer Plasma screens & surround receiver. The quality of the pioneer products is outstanding, but we were going nuts over the 5 different remotes for controlling the Plasma screen, surround receiver TDC selector box, PS3 & the remaining B&O products. And we have been pretty close to switching back to a complete B&O setup. Just to get the Beo4 Total control back. That s when I read about Michael s product, the, it just sounded to good to be true. A box that could control all our HIFI like it was B&O, but after some questions over the phone with Michael, we decided to give it a go. I am not the most technical guy, but I must say the setup, installation and configuration program is pretty easy, and can be done by everyone. All of our HiFi is now hidden away, and the only visible thing is the B&O link eye. We have had the for about a month now, and after some fine tuning (and a little help from Michael) we now control everything via the Beo4 remote. And it works EXACTLY like our old B&O setup. Using your website for references and manuals it was a task not too difficult but very exciting and rewarding. All in all I am most satisified with the -238 and the ability it gives me to control other types of equipment using my beloved B&O remotes. Du husker det formodentlig ikke. Jeg fik faktisk aldrig brugt produktet helt som jeg gerne ville men nu har jeg hevet den frem igen og bruger den sammen med min Xbox 360/Media Center-løsning og B&O LCD-tv. Det fungerer perfekt!
