1 BUIKA VIVIR SIN MIEDO TOUR 2016 Please disregard any previous riders you may have received BUIKA CONTRACT RIDER This rider is hereby part of the contract between Buika (hereinafter referred to as Artist ) and, (hereinafter referred to as Purchaser ), dated,, THIS RIDER IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE BY ARTIST ONLY PURCHASER SHALL PROVIDE AND PAY FOR THE FOLLOWING: 1. Billing Artist is to be billed only as BUIKA. Tour is to be billed as VIVIR SIN MIEDO 2. Performance a) Artist reserves the right to approve any other acts on the bill, at least one week prior to the date of the performance. b) There will be absolutely NO audio or video recording, photography or radio broadcasts during sound check or performance unless Artist s Management ( APM ) has granted prior written permission. c) No interviews will be done during the tour unless APM has granted prior written permission. 3. 2 SETTLEMENT & PAYMENT PROVISIONS: Fees are to be paid in full on or before the performance date, 50% upon signing of the agreement and the balance either by bank wire, cash or certified check before Artist goes on stage. There will be no exceptions and Artist will not go on stage unless payment has been properly received. Any deductions must be agreed in advance and in writing with the Tour Manager or Artist s Management and backed up with full documentation. For any agreed upon deductions, Purchaser shall provide all required domestic and/or international Tax Documentation. 4. Transportation All transportation arrangements must be confirmed with Tour Manager or APM prior to engagement. This is to include all travel to and from the Artist s point of arrival, hotel and venue. Purchaser shall provide a runner with reliable, clean vehicle no private cars - and knowledge of the area. 5. Technicians Purchaser shall provide one (1) experienced audio technician for front of house, one (1) experienced audio technician for the monitor desk, one (1) PA assistant, one (1) backline assistant and one (1) experienced lighting technician to be available from load in until the end of load out and during the concert. The group is travelling with FOH tech only. 7. Security Purchaser shall ensure that adequate security will be in place to protect Artist. 8. Parking Purchaser shall arrange for secured parking at venue and at hotel, at no cost to Artist, for one van, if applicable. 9. Dressing rooms Purchaser shall supply TWO (2) large and ONE (1) small, clean, lockable dressing rooms, each equipped with a washroom (toilet, sink, mirror), shower, power, lights, and heating/ac. Buika s dressing room must be provided with a space heater. The small dressing room should have a humidor if possible. Dressing rooms shall be in the same building as the performance and be accessible to the stage without passage through any audience or public area. Keys are to be held by Tour Manager from loadin until final departure from the venue. Please provide 6 hand (preferably black), 6 bath towels and an ironing board and iron. 10. Accommodations The hotel room requirements are confirmed in the Agreement with Purchaser. Buika requires at least a junior suite. King or queen beds for all other rooms. The hotel needs to be a 4 or 5 star full-service hotel of generally accepted international standard and for the number of nights agreed. 2 (two) SMO ROOMS ARE REQUESTED WHERE POSSIBLE. Hotel must be as close to the venue as possible and must be in walking distance of one or more high quality restaurant(s). Complimentary or prepaid high-speed Internet access and breakfast must be included. 3

Sound check Artist will require at least FOUR (4) hours after stage set-up for sound check. Purchaser agrees not to open venue doors to the public until Artist confirms that sound check has been completed. 12. Tickets & Passes Purchaser will provide 10 tickets to the performance, at no cost to Artist. Artist shall have full control of distribution of all passes with access to backstage areas. Promotional tickets beyond 10 allotted to Artist must be requested in writing and approved by Artist s management. Unapproved promotional tickets will be counted as sold ticket in final ticket count. 13. Merchandise Artist and/or their representatives shall have the exclusive right to sell and distribute their merchandise at and around the venue. If Artist elects to sell merchandise, the tour will provide a seller. 4

5 14. Other Merchandise No rights for merchandise, compilation albums, webcasts or other possible festival or 'third party' activity are granted by this agreement. Any rights requested are subject to separate agreement and contract directly between the third party and the ARTIST s agent. 15. Recording and/or Videotaping, Radio or Television Broadcast Any recording or taping for radio or television broadcast or webcast can be done only with written consent from APM. APM must approve any broadcast footage before usage. Performances may be recorded by artist for artist use only. No radio presents shall be allowed without prior written approval of ARTIST or ARTIST s representative. There shall be no audio or video recording, for live or future broadcast of any kind permitted without prior written permission from APM. Any rights requested are subject to separate agreement and contract directly between the third Party and the ARTIST s agent. 16. Advertising Materials Only approved ad mats and further supplied materials will be used for all advertising. These can be accessed via to Karen Riddell (karen@allpartsmove.com). No other advertising materials may be used, other than as standard practice. All artwork is subject to written approval by APM prior to usage. All usage of the artist s name in artwork and promotion shall be as BUIKA. Purchaser shall where possible list the Artists websites ( and on all advertising. 17. Photo passes: Photo passes are to be issued ONLY by Artist s representative. The Tour Manager will NOT honor photo passes issued by Producer/Venue without prior approval. Passes can be obtained by contacting Artist s Management in advance or through the Tour Manager prior to show time. Photographers must NOT use flash and are limited to the first and last ten (10) minutes of the performance. No photography from side stage or backstage without advance written permission from APM. 18. 6 For the group dressing room in addition: Mixed Nuts Mixed Berry s Cottage Cheese, Whole Avocado (if available) The tour requires a hot meal for 9 band and crewmembers AFTER THE SHOW, to include: Grilled fish, chicken, beef and/or pork (choice of at least two) No spicy food White rice Steamed vegetables Pasta dish Fresh salad with 2 choices of dressings Assortment of small desserts Bread and butter Local traditional food will be welcome; take out from local restaurant is also acceptable. Please provide take-away containers for members of the group who prefer to eat after the show. PLEASE NOTE: ONE OR MORE MEMBERS IN THIS GROUP DO NOT EAT PORK! If agreed by Tour Manager, a buy-out of at least Euro per person - or the equivalent in US Dollars - may be paid in lieu of the hot meal. 18. Insurance Purchaser retains all liability for any accidental injury to persons or damage to property caused by ARTIST or members of ARTIST's party. Under no circumstances shall ARTIST, the Tour Producer or persons employed by the either be held liable for such incidents. 19. Meet and Greet There shall be no ARTIST meet & greets without prior written permission from APM. Requests should be ed to maurice@allpartsmove.com. 19. Sponsoring There shall be no visible sponsor signage on, around or near the stage, nor there be any sponsor signage inside the venue. No implied endorsements or presents of any kind. Any exceptions to this must be approved in advance in writing by All Parts Move. Commercial sponsorship of the event is permissible but no direct relationship can be agreed to between an event sponsor/s and the Artist without written agreement with APM establishing such relationship as acceptable and including specific terms and conditions including what additional recompense shall be paid to the Artist. The show production schedule (including without limitation, load-in, load-out, sound check and all other production call times) shall be subject to All Parts Move's prior written approval and shall be advanced with ARTIST s authorized representative. PURCHASER's failure to comply with this paragraph shall be deemed a material breach of contract and ARTIST shall have the right to not perform the engagement and shall be entitled to receive the full-agreed compensation. 6

7 Name and Likeness There shall be no use of ARTIST's name, likeness, logo or otherwise on any merchandise without prior written approval from management. 20. Production Advance Each Performance must be advanced with ARTIST's tour manager and/or production manager. For all technical information, please refer to ARTIST s Rider. Any performance time changes are subject to ARTIST s approval and shall be coordinated with ARTIST's tour manager or APM when advancing the show. 21. Force Majeure In the case of force majeure, such as strikes, transportation problems, illness, incapacity of the ARTIST proven by doctor s certificate, or any other event beyond the ARTIST s and PURCHASER s control, considered by international law as a case of force majeure, causing the Artist unable to perform the scheduled engagement, both parties shall find a new date for the cancelled engagement that shall take place not later than one year from the originally scheduled date. If no replacement date can be f ound, the ARTIST shall repay PURCHASER all sums wired to PRODUCER by PURCHASER for this cancelled engagement within the limit of the amount of this letter. 22. VIP Packages PURCHASER shall not itself, nor shall it authorize or allow others (including the venue) to sell so-called "VIP" ticket packages or any other ticket packages in connection with the Engagement, without APM's prior written consent and approval. Should APM consent and approve of any such ticket packaging in connection with the Engagement, APM shall have approval over the terms of such packaging and sales, and shall share in the revenue derived thereof, in an amount to be mutually agreed by all parties. 23. Discrimination policy No discrimination for reason of race, religion, sex, age or country of national origin shall be permitted or authorized by purchaser in connection with the sale of tickets or admission to or seating accommodations at the engagement. PRODUCTION REQUIREMENTS 1. Staging A level solidly constructed and reinforced stage large enough to comfortably hold both Artist and equipment is required.
