1 1. Install WINDOWS XP SP2 on LVS PC & set data as follow Computer Name : EOS Administrative password : barco Workgroup : UNIT5 2. Install all Components (Control Panel: Add/Remove Windows components) from Windows XP SP2 ( Note: Require WINDOWS XP SP2 CD ) 3. Install 2 numbers Network driver...from (Control Panel: Add Hardware ) D:\barco\3rd Party\Intel Ethernet Adapter \PRO1000\*.* 4. Set IP ADDR of two Network as follow : NET A : NET B : Open D:\barco\index.htm (or from Barco Apollo CD) & Install followings... Open Windows driver suite 4.1 for TransForm A & Run SETUP CHECK ( SWITCHER LANGUAGE COMPILER ) YES CONTINUE ANYWAY (Note: Always select this option) YES( TO RESTART) After restart machine Select "YES" & set Display setting to 1024 X 768 & 32 bit. 6. Install AGX-3281 graphics Driver... Select any 1st from 4 numbers "Video Controller ( VGA Compatible )" from "Device Manager" Reinstall Driver Yes, this time only Install from a list or specific location (Advance) Do not choose, I will select from list 1

2 Show all device Select (BARCO AGX-3281) CONTINUE ANYWAY (EVERY TIME) Browse D:\barco\Windows Driver Suite (OVS-2686)\Windows Driver Suite 4.1\i386\AGX3281M OPEN FINISH Note: Please do not restart the PC now... Then Select 2nd from 4 numbers "Video Controller ( VGA Compatible )" from "Device Manager" & install driver same as above. Then Select 3rd from 4 numbers "Video Controller ( VGA Compatible )" from "Device Manager" & install driver same as above. Then Select 4th from 4 numbers "Video Controller ( VGA Compatible )" from "Device Manager" & install driver same as above. Now RESTART THE PC. 7. Then set Display setting to 1024 X 768 & 32 bit. 8. To Set graphics in 4 numbers of LVS. Display properties Advance Wall Configuration Cols : 4 Rows : 1 Note: After successful installation, the following data will come... Display Properties Settings Advance Driver Option { Number of installed graphic channels : 4 Maximum number of PCI mapping windows: 3 } 2

3 9. Open D:\barco\3rd Party\3rd_Party.htm (or from Barco Apollo CD) & Install followings... INSTALL Java runtime environment (5.0) 10. Open D:\barco\index.htm (or from Barco Apollo CD) & Install followings... Install OverView Control Manager 1.2 (DURING INSTALL SELECT "SERVER") Configure OVD Wall Service Owner : Barco Location : Santaldih Name : Demo Wall Columns : 4 Rows : 1 Serial Port : COM1 Baudrate : 9600 Demo Mode : Uncheck Password Service : barco Password Operator : barco IP Port : 6063 Click on SNMP to enable OCM RC Agent Finally check "OCM-For Operator" & "OCM-For Service" 11. Update hosts.ini from C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc as follow eos eos eos eos 12. Open D:\barco\index.htm (or from Barco Apollo CD) & Install followings... Install RC Agent Open D:\barco\index.htm (or from Barco Apollo CD) & Install followings... Install Gateway 2.59f ( with license: ) 14. Open D:\barco\index.htm (or from Barco Apollo CD) & Install followings... Install Screen Host 3.09f ( with license: ) 15. Open D:\barco\index.htm (or from Barco Apollo CD) & Install followings... Install Apollo 1.8 SR1 Options and extensions ( Select CUSTOM & Check all) 3

4 After restart the PC select. 16. Paste the file "Apollo LIC file 2 KB" in C:\ApolloProject folder.(this license file is VERY IMPORTANT) 17. After any change in file ( related to system file : *.ini or other) we should do following operation : START PROGRAM Barco Apollo SETTINGS 18. BARCO APOLLO LAYOUT EDITOR START PROGRAM Barco Apollo Layout Editor OPEN C:\ApolloProject\ApolloDatabase\ApolloLayouts.mdb LAYOUTS\VIEWER(Right Click) Insert Layout Name : Pro( ) Now set 4 no.s desktop position as follow : Right Click on Pro( ) Pro Name : 5OWS2 General ( left : 0 ; top : 0 ; width : 1024 ; height : 768) Start & Terminate ( EDIT ; check GENERAL & Pro ; double click on "SourceRequested"; check "Use this Parameter"; write"pro_desktops.5ows2") Right Click on Pro( ) Pro Name : 5OWS4 General ( left : 1024 ; top : 0 ; width : 1024 ; height : 768) Start & Terminate ( EDIT ; check GENERAL & Pro ; double click on "SourceRequested" ; check "Use Parameter" ; write "Pro_Desktops.5ows4") Right Click on Pro( ) Pro 5

BARCO APOLLO EXPLORER : START PROGRAM Barco Apollo Explorer Control Room Desktop Server Wall1 Click on Pro( ) Then 4 no.s blank screen will come on LVS System as follow : 5ows2(Apollo Pro Viewer) 5ows4(Apollo Pro Viewer) 5ows6(Apollo Pro Viewer) 5ows8(Apollo Pro Viewer) Note : No data will be transfer till now. Now we have to configure Pro Server in Client PC (5OWS1, 5OWS2, 5OWS3, 5OWS4, 5OWS5, 5OWS6, 5OWS7, 5OWS8) 6

Install Pro Server in 5OWS2 : Apollo (CRS-3045) Apollo 1.8 SR1 Setup Yes ProServer ( check only this option) Finish Finish Right click on "Ps" (Task Bar) & click properties Set password as "barco" & check "Transfer Full Screen" Restart the OWS2 Note : Now data will transfer from 5OWS2 to LVS system Install Pro Server in ( 5OWS1, 5OWS3, 5OWS4, 5OWS5, 5OWS6, 5OWS7, 5OWS8) 22. To enable Mouse control & Full Screen transfer : BARCO APOLLO EXPLORER : Control Room Viewer Po Viewer Double Click on 5OWS2 Aspect Scale Mode : Fit into Window Basic check "Enable RemoteHost" Double Click on 5OWS4 Aspect Scale Mode : Fit into Window Basic check "Enable RemoteHost" Double Click on 5OWS6 Aspect Scale Mode : Fit into Window Basic check "Enable RemoteHost" Double Click on 5OWS8 Aspect Scale Mode : Fit into Window Basic check "Enable RemoteHost" 7

BARCO APOLLO EXPLORER : START PROGRAM Barco Apollo Explorer Control Room Desktop Server Wall1 Click on vnc( ) Then 4 no.s blank screens will come on LVS System as follow: 5ows2 (Apollo vnc Viewer) 5ows4 (Apollo vnc Viewer) 5ows6 (Apollo vnc Viewer) 5ows8 (Apollo vnc Viewer) Note: No data will be transfer till now. Install "UltraVNC-102-Setup" in 5OWS2: Note: UltraVNC-102-Setup.exe Check all For Full Installation Check Server Configuration ( Register Ultra VNC Server as a system Service & Start or Restart UltraVNC service ) Install Set VNC password ( barco ) Finish Now data will transfer from 5OWS2 to LVS system Install VNC Server in (5OWS1, 5OWS3, 5OWS4, 5OWS5, 5OWS6, 5OWS7, 5OWS8) 10
