This watch is designed to be a powerful, yet practical, solution to life s daily demands for the sight-impaired, anyone challenged with forgetfulness or memory struggles, people in need of daily reminders to take medicine or daily tasks, or anyone just needing help in capturing thoughts, important ideas, notes or items in a busy life. Consider just how valuable is to your daily life: ~ Are you sight impaired or have a family member or friend who may be sight impaired, or, having difficulty with memory functions? Your watch doesn t require reading or remembering written instructions! All the instructions you need are in the watch to powerfully but simply help you in daily life: Easy as with the 8:00 Go Button just push the 8:00 button once and follow the instructions for a memo (want to go faster, you can!); if you push it twice, you are in Alarms and messages; push it three times and you can reset the time, choose a new time zone, adjust for daylight savings time or even re-sync and calibrate your watch. Push the 10:00 button and hear the accurate time, any time. Push the 2:00 button and release and you can adjust your volume ~ You are in a meeting, sitting in your office, walking along or riding in a car and you think of an important event, idea or thought you DON T want to forget whether it be a phone number, an idea for work, a to do list, a shopping list or any other important issue. Sticky pads don t work, phones are too cumbersome or dangerous to use and your mind is busy. the solution is simple. With the push of the 8:00 button, then a push of the 10:00 button you grabbed that thought more quickly than any other method, including a mobile phone. ~ Traveling to another time zone or even overseas and not sure of how to set the time where you are going? Let your watch tell you major cities of every time zone and when you find the one you like, select that option and your watch hands will sync your current time with the location you are going to; your hands will begin spinning to lock in on your destination time but, while they are spinning to the new time press the 10:00 button and hear the new time at any time! Not only that, but the digital processor calculated how long it took your hands to get to that time

and will add it back to your final time and then lock your hands in on the accurate local time of your destination. ~ Need to keep a set appointment, remember a time to take medicine or perform a certain exercise (every day, multiple times a day or just one time), remind yourself to be faithful to pray for certain issues, or be certain to make a regular appointment or event? Or you want to remind your spouse, child, relative or friend of something? Set your alarm to vibrate every day at the same time (or multiple times in the same day), and everyday you get a reminder on your wrist of what you need to do. I love you and remember my mobile is call me. Bye Granddad love you. Remind yourself with a motivational wake-up every morning: or, Good morning Me! Today is a new day for me! Traveling for an extended time away from family or in the military and will be gone for awhile? Have them leave a message in your watch and you leave your messages in theirs and set he same times for the alarms. One watch goes off at 7am here, and the other goes off at 7am equivalent in another part of the world, Hi honey, I love you and miss you and am so proud of you. Basic Operational Design I. General Control Button Legend: 10:00 Button 2:00 Button Speaker Microphone 8:00 Button 4:00 Button

II. Uses and Purposes of Control Buttons: Buttons control all of the operations of the watch and each use of a button engages a voice instruction, a recording operation or a time operation. Generally the watch can be categorized to be in Standby (Timekeeping) Mode, or Active (Operations) Mode. Standby Mode Buttons: 8:00 Button - This button leads you into the Active Mode where you can record memos, set alarms with memos/notes or perform travel and time functions. Detail is provided below on how Easy as works. 10:00 Button - This button will speak the current time to you at any time. It will tell you your current local time as tracked by the digital processor. If you are traveling and have set your time to a destination, the digital processor will tell you that time even if your hands are still spinning. 2:00 Button - This button will change your volume levels. Pressing and releasing will give you an audible tone check to set your volume level as appropriate for your location and setting. Three volume levels are offered. Active Mode Buttons: You enter the Active Mode by using the 8:00 Button as Easy as After entering into Active Mode of your watch via the 8:00 button, each button on the watch serves specific purposes for you to accomplish your desired tasks. Remember - you do not have to remember any instructions - you are always instructed on which buttons to use. Additionally, once you learn certain activities, you do not have to listen to the full instruction. Some Quick use functions are listed on your Smart Card (found in the watch box). For instance, if you are going to record a memo, you can enter the active mode by pushing the 8:00 once, immediately push the 10:00 button once, and after the beep you can quickly record a message, and then push the 10:00 button again and you never listen to the voice instruction and you have captured your thoughts in a matter of seconds, hassle free (no phone, no paper and pen, etc. etc.). Distracted/Lost/Confused Safety Feature! Your watch was built with the realization that sometimes we may get distracted from doing something in our watch. Additionally, we may simply get lost in what we were doing, or, as an early learner or even get confused. The Time Out feature in your watch will engage when no input activity has occurred with a watch button and will give you this message: Input Time Expired, Your Watch is Now Returning to the Current Time. Simply, the watch terminates any function and goes back to Stand By mode where you can start over when you are ready! 3. Convenient Standby Features Current Time Is.. No matter whether sight impaired, you are in a movie, flying late night on a plane, in bed, riding on mass transit, can t find your glasses, the light is too dark or your eyes are just tired simply push the 10:00 button and you will hear the current time. Volume Adjustment Locations can vary and so can sounds into your environment/location. Your watch allows you to adjust the volume sensitivity - hold down the 2:00 button and you will be given a volume indicator of the watch thru the beep tone. Release and hold it down again and you will notice the next level of volume. Your watch has 3 volume settings to meet the most common volume needs. 4. Active Mode Usage Tip: While you are first learning to use your watch, it is highly encouraged that you listen to each of your options. After you learn more about the sequence of buttons for certain operations you can bypass listening to the full commands and push the button you know you want. Please see Smart Card for quick use functions. I. Easy as Your watch delivers practical daily power in a simple-to-use format. Often, watches that offer technological power are difficult or hard to maneuver and have a list of instructions a mile long. Not so with this watch! With voice instructions being contained in the watch to help you run your watch, you only need to remember this: 8:00 is my Go Button. Press it 1x for memos, 2x for alarms, and 3x for travel and time And just in case you forget the above phrase, you can always look on your case back:

II. Using your Memos 8:00 button Note for First Time Use: Your watch has been pre-programmed with music in each memo so that you would not be confused with a blank, or silence, in the flash memory. Simply record your first voice memos right over the digital music. A. Begin Recording: Push your 8:00 button one time and then you can follow the instructions to record a memo. Listen to your options and proceed. Tips for Memo Usage: Your watch anticipates the need for a learning curve.thus, any function you are in has a timeout function so if you get stuck you can just wait and your watch will take you back to standby and you can start over. Your watch also has a time limit on the recording time, so if you go too long, your watch will let you know. However, if you are moving faster, here are some tricks : 1 ) if you are recording a memo and you finish before your time is up, you can hit the 2:00 button and you will get a Confirm and Exit message and your watch will exit. 2) If you are getting more confident and you don t want to hear a Confirm, you can quick record almost silently by pushing the 8:00 once, then the 10:00, after the beep record your memo, when you finish your note, hit the 10:00 again and you have grabbed your memo on the run. Play it back when it s convenient or you need it by hitting the 8:00 button once and then the 2:00 button and the last memo you made is played back. B. Memory You have 8 memos of about 25 seconds recording time each. You can keep a memo as long as you like by skipping over it and not re-recording. You erase memos by simply recording over the existing memo. To proceed to the next memo, simply continue to push the 8:00 button and you will hear the number of the memo you are currently on. You may notice an unique feature occurring in your watch during certain functions. For instance, when you are recording a memo, the second hand on your watch stops. This is done to eliminate motor noise in your voice recording. However, your processor knows exactly when the hand stopped and how long your recording took. It then causes your second hand to jump back to the correct time the moment your recording stops. This same feature works anytime the watch stops the chip calculates how long your operation took and then adds that time back in to arrive at an accurate return to timekeeping mode! III. Using Your Alarms - Push 8:00 button 2x Your alarm function is very powerful. You can set your alarm to the minute. You can set your alarm to alert you one time, or you can set it to alert you every day at the same time. You can set alarms to go off at different times of the days, mixed with one time alarms and recurring alarms. Your alarm can alert you with a chime, with a silent vibration or a combination of each one. Here is a summary of alarm functions: ~ 6 Alarms with approximately 20 seconds each of recording time ~ Set alarms to the hour and minute for AM or PM ~ Alarms can be set as one time occurrences or daily recurring occurrences ~ Alarm sounds can be chime, silent-vibrate, or combination chime-vibrate ~ Alarms can be turned off and on by choice A. Begin Alarm Functions Push the 8:00 button twice and follow the instructions. Because of the number of options, be patient and listen to your choices. You will notice that sometimes options repeat quickly just to be sure you finished or that you did what you wanted to do. Do not be confused, simply move to the next step you want to complete after having completed the previous one. B. First Options in Alarms are Gateways to Alarm settings The first two options in the alarms are: a) push the 2:00 button to immediately move to recording a new alarm or b) push the 10:00 button to review the existing alarm You are given those two options to accommodate both possibilities of: a) not sure what your existing alarm is and you would like to review it first, or b) you know what it is and you want to go ahead and immediately record over the existing alarm. From either of the initial options above, you can create new alarms or bypass existing ones and move on to other ones. Be patient and listen to your alarm directions. C. Playing Back an Alarm Message from an Alert There are two ways to listen to your current or most recent alarm message: a) While the alarm is providing you alert (silent or with chime), if you push the 2:00 button at any time you will hear your message played back twice for you. After the second playback, the watch automatically goes back to timekeeping (standby). or b) If you choose not to listen to your alarm during the alert, your watch will automatically return to timekeeping. However, the most current message is retained in that alarm. So you can go back into the Alarm function by

pushing the 8:00 button 2x, and then push the 10:00 button and review the message. IV. Using your Time Setting, Time Zone-Travel and Watch Operations Menu Your watch provides some unique internal functions beyond voice recording options. While in standby mode, when you push the 8:00 button 3x, you will enter the Trust Operations menu. In the Trust Operations menu section of the watch, you will have these options: a) Reset of current time b) Time zone change (traveling time change anywhere in the world) and Daylight Savings Time (one hour forward, one hour backward) c) Start-up process d) Second hand alignment/calibration The following section details each of the above Operations for your understanding: a. Reset of current time. In this section you can reset the minutes and hours on your watch. Note that the watch can only move forward with the automated system (not backwards). So, when you advance the time, the hands can move rapidly to your time. However, if you are setting a time earlier than your current time, your watch hands potentially will have to make numerous cycles to reach that time. b. Time Zone Change. When one is traveling or relocating, such an action in timekeeping is really a time zone change. In this section you advance or go back a time zone by toggling with either the 8:00 button or 4:00 button until you reach the time zone you are traveling to. Note that if you aren t sure what Time Zone you are traveling to, you can listen to the cities in each Time Zone. Once you confirm your time zone, your hands will move into Sync Speed and then lock in on your destination time zone (again, the chip knows how long it took your hands to arrive at that destination time and adds that to timekeeping processes). c. Daylight Savings Time. You can select to advance or go back an hour to adjust for Daylight Savings time. d. Watch Start-up. This set-up process allows you to do a complete reset of your watch if you desire. Generally there should only be one time you would need to do this: upon a battery failure/replacement. This function resets the digital chip with the alignment of the three hands in the analog timekeeping component. It is important you listen to each command option in full. *Start-up Process Help : If you replace a battery or fully deplete a battery, a start-up will be necessary. However, there may be times when you simply want to do a restart in order to reset your digital and analog functions. Here is how it works: a) Push 8:00 button 3x to enter Operations Menu b) Once in Operations Menu, proceed to Option 3 Start-up c) You will have to push the 2:00 button twice to enter Start-up. You will also note that your watches vibrates as you move into Start-up. d) Hold down the 2:00 button for 6 seconds and you will notice that the hands begin to run at Sync Speed (fast running). e) Watch the hands you need to stop all three hands at 12:00. As you approach 11:59, you should stop the watch hands by pressing the 2:00 button. Then, each subsequent push of the 2:00 advances the watch, second by second. Continue to push the 2:00 button until all three hands are exactly at 12:00. This allows the digital chip and the hands to establish a mutual sync point. f) With all hands at 12:00, push the 10:00 button to confirm the hands location. g) Next you will set your time zone and then your hours and minutes. Toggle thru Time zones using the 4:00 or 8:00 buttons and then confirm the correct zone. After your time zone, you will toggle thru hours and minutes to set your time. h) Once you have confirmed your time and time zone your hands will begin to run at Sync Speed and will run until they arrive at the time you set. e. Second hand alignment. At times, the second hands may have become out of alignment due to very hard impacts or severe vibration. This function allows you to recalibrate and align your sweep second hand for more precise timekeeping. V. Low Battery Condition and Charging. Your watch utilizes a stateof the art rechargeable system. Integrating a powerful Lithium Ion rechargeable battery with an inductive charging system, delivers you convenient and rapid recharging of your watch. a. Weak Battery Condition MAKE EVERY ATTEMPT TO RECHARGE YOUR WATCH BEFORE IT DIES COMPLETELY. A COMPLETE DRAIN OF THE BATTERY WILL REQUIRE A FULL RESET OF THE WATCH TIMEKEEPING PROCESSES. Your watch provides you several low battery warning indicators: i. The sweep second hand will move in two second increments rather than the normal one second movement ii. As the battery weakens, all hands will stop at 12:00 position

iii. All recording and playback functions will cease. This preserves a trickle to the digital processor to continue to preserve timekeeping syncs. *Note: For the sight impaired, when the 8:00 button ceases to function, it is time to charge your watch; or you can do a maintenance program of charging and simply charge 1x every 1.5 weeks (about 10 days) iv. An additional warning will occur via the light beneath 6:00 as it flashes green. Upon any of the above conditions, immediately recharge your watch. Should your hands all be locked at 12:00, once the recharge is complete, simply push the 10:00 button and follow the instructions to reset your watch. Summary of Quick Usage Tips Easy as remember 8:00 is your go button to enter all functions Standby Buttons 10:00 button will always tell you the current time and by holding down the 2:00 button you can toggle volume levels Quick Record/No Verbal Confirm Push the 8:00 button once, then the 10:00 button, then record after the beep, push the 10:00 button again and you are done. Your memo has been quickly captured but you did not hear any voice confirmation of such. Quick Record/ Verbal Confirm - Push the 8:00 button once, then the 10:00 button, record after the beep, BUT then if you push the 2:00 button when you finish recording you will get a verbal confirm of your memo record. Quick Termination If you are in any function and you become distracted and prefer to terminate, or, you simply do not want to hear any further voice directions, you can hold the button for the exit function down and the voice will go silent and the watch will immediately return to stand-by (timekeeping). For instance, while in the memo section, hold the 4:00 button down (terminate and exit option button) until you hear the watch go silent. Quick Option Selection You will learn that you can advance thru any options quickly as you learn your watch. Generally, as soon as you hear the first bit of sound of a command, you can race ahead and push the button you want for the next option and the watch will bypass the current instruction and move to the next one. Operation Precaution This product is not water resistant. Avoid using such a watch under conditions where it will be exposed to large amounts of sweat or moisture, or to direct splashing with water. Continued use of the watch with water inside can result in damage to electronic and mechanical components, the face of the watch, etc. A trained technician will know how to check your watch for proper water resistance whenever you have its battery replaced. Battery replacement requires the use of special tools. Always request battery replacement from your original retailer or from an authorized retailer. The inside surface of the watch glass may fog when the watch is exposed to a sudden drop in temperature. No problem is indicated if the fogging clear up relatively quickly. If the fogging does not clear or if water has gotten into the watch, take the watch for repair immediately. Tightening the band too tightly can cause you to sweat and make it hard for air to pass under the band, which can lead to skin irritation. Do not fasten the band too tightly. There should be enough room between the band and your wrist. Do not leave the watch on the dashboard of a car, near a heater, or in any other location that is subject to very high temperature. Do not leave the watch where it will be exposed to very low temperature, either. Temperature extremes can cause the watch to lose or gain time, to stop, or otherwise, malfunction. Your watch is designed to withstand impact incurred during normal daily use and light activity. Dropping the watch or otherwise subjecting it to strong impact, however, can lead to malfunction. Do not allow the watch to come into contact with thinner, gasoline, solvents, oils, or with any cleaners, adhesives, paints, medicines, or cosmetics that contains such ingredients. Doing so can cause discoloration of or damage to the case. As a general safety rule, it is recommended that you unplug your charger when you are done charging the watch. Remarks: 1.
