16 Venue Information: Australia s only purpose-built theatre-in-the-round the Roundhouse Theatre is a unique and versatile performance venue. Renowned for its intimacy, accessibility and imaginative staging capabilities. The Roundhouse Theatre is home to La Boite Theatre Company who run a 4 to 8 show season in the venue each year There are two main venues onsite, the Roundhouse Theatre (398 seat) and a studio/rehearsal room (approx 100 person capacity) The venue is situated 2km from the CBD along a major arterial road, 1km from the nearest train station, and a bus stop on the block.
