Competitive quotations are invited from reputed firms for the Supply and Installation of CCTV Cameras at KTDC-Hotel Samudra, Kovalam as per the attached schedule and following terms & conditions. Terms & Conditions 1) The rate shall be inclusive of all.taxes, duties, loading and unloading charges, transportation, other incidental expenses and net for the work at above sites. 2) The quantities mentioned in the schedule are tentative and may vary as per [he site conditions. 3) The payment will be as per the actual measurement of quantities deployed at site. 4) 100% payment will be released after the satisfactory supply, installation, testing and commissioning of CCTV/Surveillance system keeping 10%.1 as retention for the defect liability/warranty period. 5) The items supplied should have a warranty for a minimum period of I year. 6) The finn shall have KVAT registration for work contract and proofof same shall be provided along with the offer. 7) The work shall be carried out in consultation with corresponding Unit Managers without affecting the routine operation of the units. 8) The Materials used for the work should be from the attached approved list of make of materials. 9) The validity of the IP address shall be clearly indicated in the offer and the charges for renevval of lp address from the date of expiry of validity/warranty period shall also be mentioned. 10) The firm shall give a comprehensive AMC offer for a period of five years starting from the first year after the warranty period. II) The evaluation of the offers will be including the system cost as well as the comprehensive AMC charges. The offer shall reach the office of the Chief Engineer.
