2 Page 2 PHOTOGRAPHY AGREEMENT ALL sessions are only available for Mondays to Fridays (no weekend sessions available); 1) A booking fee of R400 (non-refundable) is required before booking is confirmed (R800 for the newborn combo); 2) Full amount is payable for the 30 minute studio session before booking is confirmed; 3) Once the booking fee is paid, you will receive a confirmation with the date and time; 4) Please no booking confirmation via whatsapp unless you do not have an address; 5) Please note that I am not always available on whatsapp; 6) Full payment due on the day of the session or before; 7) Unfortunately no editing will be done before outstanding balance is not received; 8) Kindly note that no booking will be made nor confirmed without the booking fee. 9) Please arrive 10 minutes prior to booking time in order to avoid losing your time; 10) Should you be more than 20 minutes after the scheduled time, your booking will be seen as cancelled and all monies paid will be lost. You will need to make a new booking with a new booking fee. 11) Should you run late, please phone me if possible. Do not send me a whatsapp as I am not always available on whatsapp. 12) A R150 fee will be applicable for rushed jobs (should you need your photos quicker than 10 days); 13) No postage is included. 14) Packages do not include extreme photoshop work and no unedited photos will be given. 15) ALL packages include high resolution as well as low resolution images; 16) Disk with images will be ready after 30 days approximately, but it can take longer (during season Dec to March it will be longer); 17) The best time for maternity session is from week 30; 18) Professional make-up: Recommended for all photo sessions. Feel free to contact me for any recommendations; 19) STUDIO SESSIONS: Should you want to make use of the white backdrop in studio please no shoes with black soles; 20) Arrive with a different pair of shoes other than the pair you want to use in the session, or bring socks with to walk in the studio; 21) No extra people to accompany on sessions; 22) Children need to be prepared before the shoot that the area is not very spacious (no running and no eating in the studio area except for the cake smash); 23) Should you go over your booked time for some reason, an extra charge will be applicable. 24) Every photographer has his own style. You are welcome to send some suggestions, but please keep in mind you have to work according to lightning conditions and location; 25) Avoid the following colors: black grey neon colors; 26) Wear comfortable shoes and clothes. 27) OUTDOOR SESSIONS: The best time is 90 minutes before sunset or just after sunrise (please provide own transport); 28) SOCIAL MEDIA: Please note that some images will be displayed on social media. It is your responsibility to inform me should you do not want it. When I go ahead with the layout - The layout will be sent to you in a zip file about 3 weeks after your event date. You will need a computer as well as internet connection to download. The first 20 changes (20 photos) are free of charge. Should you want to make more than 20 changes with the first layout, a R500 fee will be applicable. Changes are done via and not in a meeting. Should you prefer to do it in a meeting, an hourly fee of R750 will be applicable. Elmine Botha Freelance Photographer will not be held responsible for any problems regarding images of your choice for the book or prints; rices of extra items will change without notice. 4 Page 4 M A T E R N I T Y SESSIONS only Monday to Friday R minute (max 4 people) STUDIO Maternity sessions You receive: 1 disk minimum 20 edited high + low res images This package is not available for children under the age of 5 years. ONE set of clothes plus bare tummy photos R minutes You receive: 1 disk minimum 40 edited high + low res images Two or more set of clothes plus bare tummy photos; ONE maternity outfit is included with this session (choose between mustard, sea-green or purple); Siblings welcome with this session in the first 15 minutes of the session. Make sure that you arrange for someone to keep them occupied for the duration of the session. R950 in George 60 minutes R1300 for Wilderness beach 60 minutes Add R3/km extra outside Wilderness OUTDOOR Maternity sessions You receive: 1 disk - minimum 40 edited high res images; Two or more set of clothes plus bare tummy photos; ONE maternity outfit is included with this session (choose between mustard, sea-green or purple); Siblings welcome with this session in the first 15 minutes of the session. 5 Page 5 N E W B O R N SESSIONS only Monday to Friday Registered at the International Newborn Photography Assosiation (INPA) R1600 (combo special) 30 minutes maternity studio session PLUS newborn session Newborn session has to be done between 2 and 18 days (the earlier the better results) Amount of images for both sessions minimum 55 R2100 (combo special) 60 minutes outdoor maternity session in George PLUS newborn session Newborn session has to be done between 2 and 18 days (the earlier the better results) Amount of images for both sessions minimum 100 Newborn session only: R1500 in studio (55 York Street, George) This session includes: 2 to 3 color combinations; 4 to 5 different poses; Without clothes images; Wrapped images; Images with parents and siblings (if possible as they do not always want to co-operate) Amount of images minimum 40 Mini newborn session: R950 in studio (55 York Street, George) This session includes: 1 color + 2 different poses; Only Wrapped images; Amount of images minimum 20 1) A booking fee of R800 (non-refundable) is required before booking is confirmed; 6) Kindly note that no booking will be made nor confirmed without the booking fee; 7) With the combo both sessions will be on one disk which you will receive about one month after newborn session; 8) Best time for newborn session is 09:00 (summertime) and 09:30 (winter time); 9) As soon as your date is secured, you will receive a preparation guide. 6 Page 6 MATRIC FAREWELL SESSIONS only Monday to Friday R minute (max 4 people) ONLY STUDIO matric farewell sessions You receive: 1 disk minimum 20 edited high + low res images This package is not available for children under the age of 5 years. ONE set of clothes. R minutes (max 6 people) (Add R300 for more than 6 people) You receive: 1 disk minimum 40 edited high + low res images Two or more set of clothes. Unfortunately no OUTDOOR sessions is available for matric farewell. 6) Kindly note that no booking will be made nor confirmed without the booking fee; 7) Please note that the studio has limited space should your family want to join. 7 Page 7 C A K E S M A S H SESSIONS only Monday to Friday R1300 approximately 1.5 hours only in studio Included with this session: 10 balloons (blown up with helium so they will last for 1 day) You can take them home; Professional cake with your choice of colors You can take it home; Bubble bath ; 1 disk minimum of 40 edited high + low res images. Pay R50 extra should you want your balloons to last for up to 48 hours. Otherwise they last 24 hours. Please feel free to ask for examples of the cakes to choose your little one s cake. You bring along: Anything you want to use in the shoot (i.e flags/pom poms etc) (I do have a limited variety available for your use); Clothes for the little one to wear during the session; One towel; One facecloth; Clothes to dress after bath to go home with; Should you want one or two photos with little one dress accordingly; Socks for mom and dad to walk with in the studio (no shoes please as the cake smash is quite a mess) Please make sure you book after your little one s naptime. Please supply me with images of the clothes your little one is going to wear. 6) Kindly note that no booking will be made nor confirmed without the booking fee.
