2 8:03 Cynthia E: Here is the overnight inventory. 8:04 Cynthia E: We are neutral to net long with price set to open above the POC and above yesterday's b shape distribution high at :04 Cynthia E: So we are set to open above the mini- bear flag consolidation that was established yesterday. 8:05 Cynthia E: Thus as we get going this morning, we'll monitor whether any long liquidation squeeze to adjust overnight long inventory can maintain support at the balance high/poc, or whether it fails accelerating pressure for additional extension in the short term retracement/dynamic shift move. 8:05 Cynthia E: If we maintain support, we'll watch for the retest of the 2-day high and the success or failure of the upside breakout, and if the support fails at the POC, then we would expect a downside breakout test. 2

3 8:06 Cynthia E: As it stands, we are opening INSIDE the 2-day balance, YH / YL balance, and overnight range, so we are starting the day IN BALANCE, and we need to see if either side sees an asymmetric opportunity to push price OUT of BALANCE! 8:06 Cynthia E: Remember SOH Balance --> Trade IMBALANCE! 8:08 Cynthia E: 8:09 Cynthia E: In the DAILY review, we are set to open above the DOJI / spinning top levels, so again, the question is whether bulls can maintain control and sustain those key supports on any overnight long liquidation adjustment, or whether we break right back down through those areas. 8:10 Cynthia E: Our stance is BULLISH as long as those key supports are maintained. 8:11 Cynthia E: See Chart on Next Page: 3

4 8:11 Cynthia E: On 14400, we can see that the slope or current momentum of the retracement phase has slowed. 8:11 Cynthia E: We are not aggressively making lower lows since the initial break and start of the retracement off the high. 8:12 Cynthia E: To REALLY see strong pressure on the downside again, we still need to exceed that overnight swing low around :13 Saffa: GM all 8:13 Cynthia E: GM Saffa 8:13 Cynthia E: See Chart on Next Page: 4

5 8:14 Cynthia E: So when we narrow in on 3600, we can see the extension or breakout from the late day flag. 8:14 Cynthia E: So AS USUAL, we expect the flag high to now become NEW SUPPORT. 8:14 Cynthia E: Only failure below that level resets the target for the flag low / YL, and a breakout test below. 8:14 Cynthia E: Let's get our levels. 8:16 Cynthia E: See Chart on Next Page: 5

7 8:47 Saffa: YH to YL 8:47 Cynthia E: OK! 8:48 Cynthia E: So actually the correct pull would be from YL to YH! 8:48 Saffa: right 8:49 Cynthia E: You pull UP from a low in a downtrend, and DOWN from a high. 8:50 Cynthia E: So in this case you'd have your 0 on the high and your 100 on the low, which makes the 38.2% level. 8:51 Cynthia E: Because you'd be pulling it relative to the DAILY rather than in relation to the tick charts. 8:51 Saffa: ok 8:52 Saffa: DO holding support atm 8:52 Cynthia E: Agree! 8:53 Cynthia E: And so far we really haven't retraced enough to establish a strong GREEN line above 8:53 tsurf: Fed jabbering begins at top of the hr. 8:53 Cynthia E: Still just a 3 pt range 'in balance' on the day. 8:54 Cynthia E: Nothing doing 8:54 Saffa: its friday 8:57 Andy: time change 3m 8:57 Saffa: looking back over my journal and over the last couple of months I seem to struggle on Friday s. 10 9:46 Cynthia E: Here is the summary page 9:46 MikeS: Agree 9:46 Cynthia E: Our context was that we opened bullish (price above CL and WMA), and as we progressed, the DO held support consistently as Saffa stated. 9:46 JoJo: absolute entry was Cyn's...right above YH 9:47 JoJo: that was the real entry I assume 9:47 MikeS: Agree 9:47 Cynthia E: So once we got the 2nd strong pull back, we had a nice setup for the balance breakout. 9:47 Cynthia E: And it followed through nicely to our +3 opportunity! 9:47 Cynthia E: Again!
