FG: Yes, this is where fairytale children go to school! This is where new stories begin! SCENE TWO - Ever, Ever After FG and PTA (3 groups overlapping): Ever, ever after! (x3) (JANE enters from SR) BELLE: Storybook endings, fairy tales coming true SLEEPING BEAUTY: Deep down inside we want to believe they still do ALL PTA (TINKER BELL/BELLE/SNOW WHITE/CINDERELLA): Still do...still do...still do TINKER BELL: In our secretest heart, SNOW WHITE: it's our favourite part of the story
4 GOLDEN CINDERELLA: Let's just admit we all want to make it too... ALL PTA: Ever ever after If we just don't get it our own way Ever ever after It may only be a wish away JANE: Start a new fashion, wear your heart on your sleeve! FG: That s my daughter, Jane! (BEN bows to audience) BEN and JANE: Unafraid, unashamed There is joy to be claimed in this world BEN, JANE, and FG: You even might wind up being glad to be you!
5 GOLDEN (ALL STUDENTS charge in from three different locations, filling audience, greeting one another with hugs and high fives. They wear blue shirts made to look like uniforms, cut at unusual angles. Many wear fanciful hats, scarves, crowns, gloves, skirts, tutus, or capes. Some wear backpacks. These are the offspring of the Disney characters we know so well returning to school after summer break) STUDENTS: Ever ever after PTA: Though the world will tell you it's not smart STUDENTS: Ever ever after PTA: The world can be yours if you let your heart Believe in ever after BELLE: No wonder your heart feels it's flying! CINDERELLA: Your head feels it's spinning! SLEEPING BEAUTY: Each happy ending's a brand new beginning! FG: Let yourself be enchanted, SNOW WHITE: You just might break through... ALL:

8 GOLDEN JANE: All glass footwear must be approved ahead of time. BEN: All students must be in bed by midnight. JANE: She has a thing about curfews. FG: And finally, my magic wand...quite possibly the most powerful wand in existence. Would you like to touch it? WELL TOO BAD! Nobody must ever, EVER touch this wand without my express permission. In the wrong hands, this wand could spell destruction! POLLY: And I thought it just made pretty dresses! JANE (pointing up): Mother, look! A huge black raven! (CAMPER enters from SR manipulating a creepy looking raven puppet, which carries a black and red envelope. STUDENTS gasp. FG opens the letter, reads it, as raven flies away off L) FG: That s strange. It says here four new students will be joining us this year at Auradon Prep. ALL STUDENTS: Oooooh! FG: They come from...from...the Isle of the Lost? (ALL gasp!)
9 GOLDEN JANE: The Isle of the Lost? But that s where all the evil villains live! (ALL STUDENTS begin to panic.
