3 FLIGHTS ELECTRONIC TICKETS: Electronic ticket copies are not necessary for check-in; only a valid passport is required. A manifest with E-ticket numbers for each tour member is on the next page and also posted to MyKI. PASSPORT COPIES: We urge you to take a set of copies or make sure each member of the group has their own copy. This will be required should a passport go missing during the tour. CHECK-IN AT PHILADELPHIA AIRPORT: We recommend arriving at the airport at least 3 hours prior to departure. British Airways is located in TERMINAL A WEST. The group will be checked in individually and checked luggage will be checked through to London, UK. Each passenger will be issued a boarding pass to London Heathrow (LHR). After check-in, each passenger must clear a security checkpoint before proceeding to the departure gate. ARRIVAL AT LONDON HEATHROW AIRPORT: On leaving the aircraft, please follow signs for Arrivals and Customs and Immigration. Once your group has cleared customs with claimed baggage, please proceed to the Arrivals area. Your tour guide, Linda Dyke, will be waiting for you here to escort the group to the awaiting coach. RETURN TO USA: The group will be transported to the London Heathrow Airport for check-in 3 hours prior to departure. Your British Airways flight will depart from TERMINAL 5. The group will be checked in individually and checked luggage will be checked through to Philadelphia. Each passenger will be issued a boarding pass to Philadelphia (PHL). 14 OTHER INFORMATION Additional Information CONCERT DRESS: Appropriate dress should be worn for concerts and we suggest that your usual formal concert attire is worn MUSIC STANDS: Instrumental performers should bring their own wire music stands packed in their luggage. Music stands are not provided by venues, except for conductors, unless they are professional/commercial concert venues. WATER: Performers should be sure to bring their own bottled water with them each day. It is a good idea to buy a bottle at the start of the tour and refill it as necessary from public fountains or at your hotel. Page 14
