15 BOX IT Media Center consists of three parts: 1) The suspension is made of aluminum and is easily mounted on the wall. It comes with a build in tray for cables as well asan electric socket. 2) The desk is spray painted MDF. An opening in the desk leads the cable from the hidden socket to the computer. By special order idesk is delivered from 800 to 1400 mm in width, in customized color, from matte to glossy. 3) The drawer is made of wood, alu-look like the desk. On the back side a hole provides access for leading cables to the socket, hidden on the suspension part. Employees can pre-register visitors directly in the Microsoft Outlook calendar so the reception knows who is expected to visit. The software extracts bookings from the meeting room calendars in Microsoft Exchange and presents it on the screens. The CONCIERGE DISPLAY software displays current and future meeting for the day and red/ green color on the screen can indicate if a room is available or occupied. Users also have the possibility to book meeting rooms and prolong/end meetings directly from the screens.
