Transit & Pdstrian Safty Th City of San Francisco is consulting rsidnts on thir prioritis for allocating anticipatd impact fs on community improvmnts. This survy solicits input on spcific improvmnts that hav bn idntifid ovr th last 18 months by th community and City staff as prioritis for Visitacion Vally. City staff has prformd an initial assssmnt of fasibility and idntifid an initial scop and budgt for ach proposd improvmnt. This survy builds upon th information collctd during two prvious survys conductd in May and Sptmbr Follow-up mtings and additional opportunitis for input will occur bfor th actual projcts ar finalizd and implmntd. Arl ta Th Visitacion Vally Community Facilitis and Infrastructur F was stablishd in 2005 to hlp rduc th impacts from rsidntial dvlopmnt on public infrastructur (.g. strts, parks) in Visitacion Vally. Th Visitacion Vally Library was fundd in part through this impact f. Th impact fs collctd must b spnt within 250 ft of th boundary ara (s map blow), so all improvmnts stay in th local community. Funds can b spnt on capital infrastructur improvmnts only. Thy cannot b usd for maintnanc, oprating costs, or programs. It is anticipatd that dvlopmnt in Visitacion Vally will gnrat $17 million in impact fs ovr th nxt 10 yars. Not, howvr, that ths ar projctions only.
