Ensure that this product has been assembled correctly per the instructions in the manual. This manual is designed to help you assemble, adjust, maintain and use the product. It contains important information regarding your safety and your use of this equipment. STOP using the inversion table immediately if you experience any unusual physical discomfort, pressure, pain, weakness or dizziness when using the equipment. ALWAYS return to the upright position slowly. Coming up too fast may result in dizziness or nausea. ALWAYS ensure that this product is on sturdy, level ground. It is recommended that you use a safety surface underneath this inversion table. ALWAYS ensure that the Safety Lock is securely in position when not using the inversion table. ALWAYS ensure that all the Lock Pins are securely in place before using this table. ALWAYS make sure that the Safety Strap is in securely attached, even when the table is not in use. NEVER allow children to use or to play on or near this inversion table. This item should only be used by knowledgeable adults. The Height measurements on the center bar are guidelines only. You may need to adjust this bar in either direction depending on your body mass and weight. Until you are certain you have achieved the proper setting on this bar, you must use a spotter. NEVER place this table where children and those unfamiliar with the dangers associated with using an inversion table will have unsupervised and unauthorized access to it. Ensure that you know how the inversion table will respond to your arm movements and weight shifts before attempting inversions greater than 30 degrees. It is required that until you are certain how this specific inversion table operates, you use an adult spotter to assist you with exercises, even if you have used an inversion table previously. Do NOT exceed the recommended MAXIMUM WEIGHT limit of 220lbs (100 KGS). This machine is intended for home use only and not designed for commercial use. Before using this product, Inspect your machine; make sure that all nuts and bolts are tight and in working order, replace any worn, defective or missing parts. Do NOT wear loose fitting clothing, belt buckles, or jewelry, including but not limited to rings, chains, and pins before commencing exercise; this can be extremely dangerous. It is recommended that you wear the proper fitness attire when using this machine. All items must be removed from any pockets before inverting. Consult your physician before beginning any exercise program to evaluate your present fitness level and determine the exercise program that is most appropriate for your particular age and condition. If you experience any pain or tightness in your chest, irregular heartbeats, shortness of breath, faintness or other unusual discomfort while exercising, stop and obtain medical assistance and/or consult your physician before continuing. The safety and integrity designed into the machine can only be maintained when the equipment is regularly examined for damage and repaired. It is the sole responsibility of the user/owner or facility operator to ensure that regular maintenance is performed. Worn or damaged components shall be replaced immediately or the equipment removed from service until the repair is made. The maintenance instructions must call the reader s attention to this fact. 9 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS BACK FRONT STEP 1: 1x Base Frame (1-2) Make sure you are in a flat and safe area before installing. Open the Front Base Frame and push down on the Support Sheets (Part 11) until they are fully extended shaping the frame into an A shape. STEP 2: A B C 1x Backrest Support Frame (3) 2x Connect Sheets (4) 2x Lock Pin M6*L43 (5) 2x Screw M6*10 (17) 2x Lock Nut M6*10 () A. Insert both Connect Sheets (Part 4) into Backrest Support Frame from the inside. The knob side must be facing outwards. Make sure that the V-Hook is facing the floor before you place the Sheets D B. Decide on one of the 3 openings of the sheet and attach. Both Sheets must be secured on opening location. Secure both Connect Sheets with a Lock Pin (Part 5) respectively. C. With the 2x Screws M6*10 (Part 17) & 2x Lock Nuts M6*10 (Part ). Attach them at the bottom of each Connect Sheet. This prevents the Sheets from sliding. D. Attach the assembled Backrest Support Frame into the front of the Base Frame (Part 1-2) on the top. Slide the crevices of the Connect Sheets knobs into the hooks of the frame, from the front side. The Base Frame will be a little tight, simply attach one Sheet and nudge the other side until they align and you are able to attach. 9

10 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS STEP 3: 1x Handlebar-Left (6L) 1x Handlebar-Right (6R) 2x Hexagonal Bolt M10*35 (13) 2x Hexagonal Bolt M10*30 (14) 4x Lock Nut M10 (16) 4x Flat Washer M10 (15) 2x Position Metal Sheet (12) 2x Screw M6*10 (17) From the inside, place on the top opening of the right side of the Base Frame,the Position Metal Sheet (Part 12) and a Hexagonal Bolt M10*35 (Part 13), and on the opening below it, just a hexagonal Bolt M10* 30 (Part 14). Make sure Position Metal Sheet hook is face down, and is able to land on the knob. Secure the Position Metal Sheet sheet with a Screw M6*10 (Part 17) Place the Handlebar-Right (Part 6R) with the foam facing the back, and secure it with a 2x Flat Washers M10 (Part 15) and 2x Lock Nuts M10 (Part 16) 10 GQBrands.com CustomerService@GQBrands.com

11 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS STEP 4: 1x Body Height Adjustment Tube (7) 1x Adjustable Leg Hold Tube (9) 1x Lock Nut M6 () 1x Short Plug (18) 1x Hexagonal Bolt M6*42 (32) 1x Washer M6 (33) 1x Square Inner Cap (46) Insert the Adjustable Leg Hold Tube from the top, in the opening nearest to the plug of the Body Height Adjustment Tube. Make sure Spring & Zip Tie reach the other side. Pull the plastic Zip Tie to expand spring until the metal ring is aligned with the hole. Grab the Hexagonal Bolt M6*42 (Part 32) and insert through the opening of the Spring inside. The Bolt must go through both openings and the hook of the Spring. Secure the Bolt in place with a Washer M6 (Part 33) & Lock Nut M6 (Part ) If the Short Plug (Part 18) is not already attached to the Adjustment Tube, please locate it and attach. Pull on the Short Plug to insert trough an opening. Remove the Zip Tie by using a household knife or scissor. Close the opening by pushing the Square Inner Cap (Part 46) all the way until all the ridges are inside. 11

12 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS STEP 5: 1x Foam Roller Tube (20) 1x Washer M6 (33) 1x Hexagonal M6*42 (32) 1x Lock Nut M6 () 4x Foam Roller (49) Locate the opening at the bottom of the Body Height Adjustment Tube to insert the Foam Roller Tube. Keep it aligned with the smaller opening on top to insert the Hexagonal Bolt (Part 32). Flip the Body Height Adjustment Tube to secure with Washer M6 (Part 33) and Lock Nut M6 (Part ) Insert all 4x Foam Rollers (Part 49) on each side for both the Foam Roller Tube (Part 20) and the Adjustable Leg Hold Tube (Part 9). 12 GQBrands.com CustomerService@GQBrands.com

13 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS STEP 6: 1x Foot Rest Plate (8) 1x Flat Washer M8 (25) 1x Hexagonal Bolt M8*45 (29) 1x Lock Nut M8 (45) Insert the Foot Rest Plate (Part 8) at the bottom of the Body Height Adjustment Tube. Make sure gripping on Foot Rest Plate is flat and will properly support your feet. Align the openings from the Tube and the Foot Rest Plate and insert a Hexagonal Bolt M8*45 (Part 29), secure with a Flat Washer M8 (Part 25) & Lock Nut M8 (Part 45). STEP 7: 1x Long Plug (22) 1x Lock Pin 8*L45 (23) Insert the assembled Body Height Adjustment Tube by sliding it into the Backrest Support Frame from the front side of the Base Frame. Pull the Plug located on the Backrest Support Frame, slide the Body Height Adjustment Tube and push the Plug into a desired height listed on the Tube. Use the Lock Pin (Part 23) to make sure the Tube stays in place. 13

14 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS STEP 8: 1x L-Shaped Hook (44) 1x Flat Washer M8 (25) 1x Lock Nut M8 (45) 1x Cushion Plate (31) If the Cushion Plate (Part 31) is not already installed, plug securely before attaching L-Shaped Hook Locate the opening the right below the Cushion Plate. Separate the Spring-2 (Part 47) from the L-Shaped Hook (Part 44) and insert the long end of the hook through the opening. 4x Reattach the spring on the remainder of the long end, and secure with a Flat Washer M8 (Part 25) & a Lock Nut (Part 45) STEP 9: 1x Backrest Pad 4x Hexagonal Bolt M8*35 (24) 4x Flat Washer M8 (25) Place all 4x Flat Washers M8 (Part 25) to 4x Hexagonal Bolts M8*35 (Part 24) to make it easier to install the Backrest Pad. Place the Backrest Pad (Part 10) on top of the Body Height Adjustment Tube (Part 7) and align to the top two openings to secure with the Bolts. Make sure the Logo is on top of the Backrest Support Frame for the Bolts to align properly. Repeat this process at the bottom of the Backrest Pad with the 2x remaining Hexagonal Bolts. 14 GQBrands.com CustomerService@GQBrands.com

15 STEP 10: 1x Cap Bag-Left (26L) 1x Cap Bag-Right (26R) Place both Caps on their respective sides by inserting them trough the Handlebars with the logo facing outwards, Attach by using the Velcro straps. STEP 11: 1x Clasp Hook (27) 1x Safety Strap (28) The Safety Strap is located at bottom of the Cushion Plate Tube. If it is not attached to the V-Hook of the Base Frame, please attach now. Make sure Clasp Hook is attached to Safety Strap Locate the Clasp Hook (Part 27) of the Safety Strap (Part 28) and attach it to the V-Hook of the Body Height Adjustment Tube. IMPORTANT: ALWAYS ensure the Safety Strap is fully engaged and securely attached, even when the table is not in use. Failure to do so may result in serious injury or death. STEP 12: When the Inversion table is not in use, us the L-Shaped Hook to make sure the Backrest Pad remains locked Pull the Hook towards you and twist the L-Shaped Hook (Safety Lock) to insert the short leg into the opening of the Adjustment Tube. 15

Question: How should I clean my Inversion Table? Answer: Clean the bench with a solution of warm water and non-corrosive soap. Dampen a rag with this solution and wipe completely dry before using. Question: Is there any maintenance I need to do for my Inversion Table? Answer: You should always double check and make sure all your bolts are tight and secure, and that the lock knobs are present and secure in place before use Question: A cushion/pad seems loose, what should I do? Answer: Bolts under cushions may be getting loose. Make sure to secure bolts or tighten to make sure pad is secure. Question: I had a part missing from my box or something was damaged during assembly, can you send it to me?
