53 Tips of citing while you write If you are not able to see the Endnote tab on your word page next slide helps you If you see {Feeney, 2014 #23} instead of (Feeney and Hayes 2014) : simply, instant formatting is off! 58 Explanation 1. Opens the library : Edits the reference itself 2. Searches the web for new updates of the ref. 3. Removes the ref. from the text : There s no other way to do so! 4. Inserts citations different versions of a citation 5. After you corrected some ref. in your library you need to Update the ref.

59 Solving a problem While you try to update a citation in your text, a popup windows always show up asking you to correct citations Change these marks to prevent popup window show up
