With their different topics and personalities, the speakers offered a mind opening and various facets on metaphysics and Feng Shui related topics: from Space Clearing with Wini to Rituals with Roseline, hearing about the Devas & Spirit of the Land from Alanna Moore to experiencing on the spot some of the Unseen Energies with Jason McDonald! For many it was their first experience to meet people who regularly connect with Spirits. Amongst the speakers many are linked with the Source Energy, feel the spirits, hear or translate the messages some even see them. What a privilege! What a skill! What an experience! Some of the participants are now ready to listen more to their inner self, their intuition; they embrace their newly discovered mindpower and begin to manifest more and more of their personal dreams combining now their understanding and influence of their thoughts, words and action while aligning them with their Feng Shui change inside their home. Roseline Deleu Over the past years, I have had so many experiences with my personal intuitive collages that I keep enjoying creating them regularly. Many of you have followed its recipe in my 2nd edition of Your First Easy Steps to Feng Shui book and have had amazing experiences too. Life is at an exciting turning point for me now so, of course, I decided to make a Feng Shui intuitive collage again. In there appear a big swirl of wind and a huge wave of water (does this remind you of something, Feng=Wind, Shui=Water)? So, I promised myself to go with the flow, surf the wave and follow the wind... but I can tell you they are both very Yang (active) and 2009 is coming up as a very important year in my life. Now is time for you too! Prepare your positive affirmations (use the present tense and TO BE, FEEL, ENJOY etc. rather than TO HAVE). Then, at the back of your board, sign under your affirmations as you promise these to yourself. Intuitively, open one magazine once only while repeating your affirmations as you do this! Put the magazine back in place and repeat this sequence with the other ones to fill you board. See symbols appearing in your life in the next 9 weeks. 2 Life Changing Experiences I am very excited to announce to you that I have been contacted by an agent who is now promoting my speaking engagements mainly in Australia and probably worldwide in the future too. These last 11 years of living in Australia, have literally transformed my life. Who I was 11 years ago is no where near who I am today. What about you? 3 Even though he has many talents, there are few that warm to spiders charm. Spider really does have eyes in the back of his head, always vigilant patiently awaiting his prey. He is a talented weaver which is clearly displayed as the sun rises, his masterful work glistens with dew drops balanced delicately on each thread like a majestic chandelier. As an infant, Spider can literally travel through the air. He produces a thread of silken web from his abdomen that will carry him on the breeze to his next destination. He is also the master of coordination with his legs numbering eight; even the infant man has trouble mastering only two. When Spider snares a victim in his web, he stores and eats it at a later date by intricately embalming the corpse in a cocoon of silken thread. His talent would make any Egyptian Pharaoh proud. Man has attempted to reproduce the thread of Spider to no avail; we cannot match its strength and elasticity. If Spider has come to your hand today he wishes to draw your attention to the cause of his sadness. There are few that can match neither my talents nor my gifts. Despite this, I seldom hear a word of praise says Spider. This aspect of Spider medicine brings your attention to the important need for praise, for a pat on the back to acknowledge how far you have travelled on your journey so far. Spider also says There are many that do not take the time to look beyond my appearance to see where my heart lies. There are those that judge me for how I look and my medicine tells you now that Australian Wild Life Wisdom Cards my journey is not so different to your human ride. The smallest of praise can have the most profound effect hints Spider. Man is quick to judge appearance first. In fact my end upon this earth walk often stems from that judgement and not on the beauty that lies within me. Spider says Take the time to look at me for who I really am. Perhaps it is time to take note of areas of your life where you are either judged or judging. If you have been snared in my web today I have come to counsel you in the ways of acceptance and forgiveness. The heart of Spider medicine calls to mankind Bare no grudge for the unconscious acts bestowed upon you in the name of fear. Then allow others to be who they are before judgement is passed upon them. To judge another is to miss out on the potential they offer you to learn. Perhaps it is time to offer your understanding to those you may have previously judged as different or strange. When you master acceptance you radiate love and compassion, your inner beauty shines when you look with your heart and not just your eyes. Spider also asks you to observe times when you may have been influenced by another s judgement of someone you may not have even met, or an experience you have not yet had. Spider s advises you Make your own conscious decision based on how your heart responds to your fellow man, not how someone else responds. Four of his legs offer you the energy of the four directions, north, south, east and west. The second four represent the different races of this earth, white, black, yellow, and red. But it is the body that unites them all. My legs join my body and I am united as one he observes. To attack others is to cut off the energy of one s own limbs. We are all one in the Creators eyes, united by his body. We are but the limbs of direction and difference. Whether you are the one being judged or the judger, it is in your heart not your eyes that you will find acceptance. When you learn to accept yourself, your differences, your faults, your weaknesses and your mistakes, then you will always accept the differences, faults, weaknesses and mistakes of others. 4 The Art of Clearing Spaces Wini Beanland Space clearing would be the mystical arm of feng shui. It is working with the subtle energies of a place. Your home, office or land. It is the art of harmonizing the space. You would engage in space clearing because something just doesn t feel quite right or because you want to maintain the feeling you have. Typically you would feel the need to lighten things up after having guests to stay, during and after nursing someone with an illness. Moving into a new house. Clearing the air after some arguments, and many more reasons. You would use your intuition and just know you need to do it. This is the beginning of tuning in to your environment, intuiting that something may not feel quite right. Clearing the energy is a good place to start. If the feeling persists after cleansing then at least you can rule out certain things and look to other possibilities such as geopathic energies with the land, as an example. Cultures all over the world have engaged in this practice since day dot. We are thankfully seeing the return of this ancient art, as people are more open to exploring their energy. This includes the spaces that we occupy. These spaces are extensions of us so it makes sense to regularly cleanse these along with ourselves regularly. Some of the ways we can do this include: Prayer The power of prayer is undeniable. Make a prayer that you can say that blesses the space and those who occupy it as you walk from room to room. It is important to be in the space of love as you do this. Imagine the energy/intention of your words pouring through the space and transmuting any lower energy into high vibrating loving energy. Smudging Can be used in conjunction with prayer. Fill the space with the smouldering herb smoke, perhaps using a feather to move it around. Sage, Cedar, Sweetgrass, Eucalyptus are all used by indigenous cultures to move unwanted energies on. Incense Is excellent to maintain the energies of a space by burning regularly between clearings. Bells/Chant/Music Sound has long been associated with enhancing and cleansing energies and can be utilized with the same action and intention as prayer. Crystals If you already love using these gifts from the earth then include them in your ceremony and place them around the space wherever you feel they need to be. Whatever tools you choose, the most important thing for you to remember is to allow your intuition or feelings to guide you and be clear in your intention of what it is you want to achieve. Try a few different ways and do what works for you, there is no right and wrong. We ultimately have the greatest influence over our environment and the practice of good space clearing must always begin with us. Always start by checking your own energy. How do you feel? Start 2009 with a Purification ritual, detox your body after the festive season and de clutter clear your home for 9 consecutive days with music, smudge and prayers/intents. Get rid of unwanted clothes and stagnant clutter definitely before 14th February2009. Make the list of new ideas and add a date to bring them to life. Good connection with your children this year, communication will happen smoothly as you decided to give them more quality time and less presents! Children are your future, so are you to your parents. It is a year for YOU to celebrate this! Display regularly a fresh bunch of white flowers in your home.
