2 ADMISSION FEE: $5 for Adults $3 Students ALL COMPANIES WILL RECEIVE TICKETS CONTEST SITE: THE JERRY FAY WILHELM CENTER FOR THE PERFORMING ARTS is located at 1401 Cedar St., Bastrop, TX It is right across from Bastrop High School. DIRECTIONS: FROM AUSTIN: Take 71 E to Bastrop. Take a LEFT on HWY 95 to Elgin. Take a LEFT on CEDAR. JFW PAC will be ONE BLOCK on left from Bastrop HS. FROM ELGIN: Take 95 to Bastrop. Take a RIGHT on CEDAR. JFW PAC will be ONE BLOCK on left from Bastrop HS. If you get to the intersections of 95/21 and Chestnut (Loop 150) you ve gone to far. REHEARSALS / PERFORMANCES Each school will receive 1 HOUR for their official rehearsal. Time Slots were selected by blind draw by the JFW PAC STAFF. Performance times are approximate (and for reference) as we will run back to back. REHEARSAL TIME SCHOOL PERFORMANCE TIME 7AM 8AM 9AM 10AM 11AM 12PM 2PM 3PM 4PM 5PM 6PM 7PM DIRECTOR S MEETING WILL BEGIN AT 1:30PM. We will make every effort to begin performances at 2PM. UNLOADING will occur at the rear of the facility. There is a loading dock, which will allow you to load/unload directly to our Mainstage.

3 STAGE DIMENSIONS: Stage is 29 ft. deep from proscenium wall to rear traveler, and 39 ft. to rear wall. The proscenium is 50 ft. wide by 24 ft. high. The Main drape will be brought in 2 ft. making the width of the stage 46 ft. wide. The stage manager s panel is located stage right. SOUND: The JFW PAC will provide sound capabilities from our sound console area. We have a CD player (TASCAM DUAL CD DECK) and/or we can patch a laptop / mp3 player /ipod into our system. We will have someone assist your sound console operator during your rehearsal and performance. Our soundboard is a Yamaha LS9-65 (digital). Communication from stage to booths is available. LIGHTING: We have an ETC Ion Board with a 2x10 and a 2x20 fader wing. There are two spotlights at the rear of the theatre for your use. We will have someone assist your light operator during rehearsal and performance. A light plot is included with this form and shows the areas. Each area will be lit with two instruments and each area has a twelve (12) foot diameter. Our cyc lights have a RGB (red-green-blue) configuration. There is also a blue wash and red wash available. DRAPERIES/CURTAINS: The MAIN DRAPE is dead hung and must be pulled. The Mid-Traveler and Rear Traveler can be pulled or flown, as well as, legs. We do have a blue cyclorama, which is available for your use. UNIT SET: JFW PAC will provide the unit set along with two standard doors, a French door, and a window unit. DRESSING ROOMS THE JFW PAC only have available areas for dressing rooms. Be Aware, that the Black Box Theatre will be split with a partition and will host two schools, as will the greenrom. This will allow us to accommodate all six advancing companies.
