1 How to ook a oncert Series Subscription SUSRIPTION OOKING FORM Subscription tickets (a discounted rate for three or more concerts) are available to book from Wednesday 16 May 2018 by filling in this form using the instructions below and returning it to us as soon as possible. We number booking forms in order received by the ox Office, and subscriptions are processed in this order. However, subscribers of nine or ten concerts from within the series who submit their forms no later than Monday 11 June 2018 may retain the seats that were allocated to them for the 2017/18 concert series if requested. 1. omplete your personal details clearly in LOK PITLS. 2. Select your preferred concerts. You can claim subscription discounts by booking three or more concerts (excluding the oull Quartet concerts). 3. Note your subscription choice, your preferred seating area and the number of tickets per concert. 4. Select the pre-concert talks you would like to attend. 5. If you wish, select your oull Quartet concerts for next year. 6. Total up the price, including any oull Quartet concerts, donations and pre-concert talks. 7. Select your preferred seating area by marking the seating plan on the reverse of the form with a cross. If you know the actual seats you prefer, or have any particular access requirements, please state them in the Notes area and we will do our best to accommodate your request. 8. Please select your method of payment (cheque/ direct debit/credit card). Please note that irect ebit is only available for subscription bookings of three or more concerts and that credit card payments can only be taken by telephone. irect ebits will be collected by six monthly instalments.
