1 FRENCH MARKET EVENT RENTAL LOCATIONS, RATES & GUIDELINES Washington Artillery Park - Cannon Platform & Amphitheater The Washington Artillery Park - Cannon Platform is located directly across from Jackson Square and offers the iconic view of St. Louis Cathedral from one side and the Mississippi River from the other side. The Amphitheater is composed of a flat street level surface with steps leading up to the Cannon Platform forming an amphitheater. Rates include the rental of both the Cannon Platform and the Amphitheater and are for events of 75 people or less. For events with over 75 people, the rate will be adjusted accordingly. Due to the amount of tourist traffic at this location, it is only available for a maximum hour and a half rental unless an alternate arrangement has been negotiated. Latrobe Park This shaded park contains fountains and sculpture and is located between Decatur Street and North Peters Street. This area is recommended for smaller events hosting up to 75 people.

This area is recommended for smaller events hosting up to 75 people. 30 minutes or less: $ minutes: $ hours: $800 Market Pavilions The Farmers and Flea Market Pavilions are available for rent from 7 p.m. to 1 a.m., with access allotted at 6 p.m. for setup, and clean up allotted until 4 a.m. Events must end by 12 a.m. No access is allowed before 6:00 p.m. and all of the event decorations, equipment, and rentals must be removed by 4:00 a.m. the following day to allow for French Market Corporation to clean and clear the area for 7 a.m. arrival of vendors. NO EXCEPTIONS. Access times subject to change. The rate is $3500. Effective February 1, Event must be confirmed 90 days prior for this rental due to notice required to vendors. Page 4 of 6

BARRICADE RENTAL 1-2: $50 3-5: $ : $ : $150 Covered six-foot barricades. Rate includes delivery/removal. Event Rental Guidelines: All rates are subject to change. Rates and dates are not guaranteed without a signed rental agreement. The French Market event rental application must be completed and a guided walk-through is strongly encouraged prior to reserving any event space. Once the application and walk-through have been completed and all event details and requirements have been determined, The French Market will provide a rental agreement and invoice. Once total payment has been received, The French Market will provide the required permit for holding your event on French Market property. The rates listed above do not include parking. All parking inquiries should be directed to Elizabeth Hampton with Standard Parking, Fee Payment, Site Deposit, and Damage Deposit Requirements For all rental fees, full payment is required at time of booking. Fee is refundable if event is canceled more than 48 hours in advance of the event start time; otherwise 50% of fee is forfeited. For all events a damage deposit is required. The damage deposit is required at time of booking and will be assessed based on property requested for rental. Damage deposit will be returned once event is completed and any damage is assessed. 6 Event Security & Closed Events Event specific security is not included in rental rates. The French Market security staff will be made aware of your event time and location and will arrive on-site in the case of public disturbance, but will not be stationed at your event. The French Market is a public venue and unless specifically negotiated in advance for a closed event, rented locations will not be closed and wi ll be open to the public.
