Check-in at the gravel lot across from O Grady s Pantry between 4:30 6:00pm. Maps will be available for a marked 3 mile trail route, partly along Icicle Creek. Run or walk, by yourself, with a friend or with your family. A 3 mile time trial option will be available at 5 pm each week for those who would like to work on speed. There will be self-timing, but results will be kept so you can see your improvement from week to week. Participate 10 or more times and earn a Upper Valley Running Club tech tee. Dave has expanded his catalog of original songs and made the leap from performing at open mics to becoming more of a regularly booked artist in the Spokane area, also performing shows in the Spokane and Seattle areas, as well as completing a solo tour of the Inland Northwest that same year. In 2008, Dave toured the Western Region of the U.S. with close friend and fellow singer/songwriter Kristen Marlo.
