Specifically, students will learn how sound design relates to narrative, planning of sound designs, how to record their own sound elements, mixing of sound clips, and the use of effects. Software: GarageBand, Sound Track Pro and other software as required Assessment: Graded result: Distinction, Credit, Pass or Fail. Graded result (CUFWRT501A, BSBOHS509A, BSBMKG609A,) Grades: Distinction: 88% Credit: 75% Competent: 61% Not Yet Competent: 44% Ungraded result recorded as Competent (AC) or Not Yet Competent (NC) Mode of Delivery (CUSSOU504A,) Lectures and workshops.
