1 Announcing 35th Gala Season Pass We are thrilled that we will soon be commemorating a significant landmark in the life of Consortium Aurora Borealis, as we embark upon our exciting 35 th Anniversary Season in the fall of To celebrate, we are delighted to announce that we will be presenting eight concerts next season, compared to six in recent years. We have designed a particularly brilliant and varied line-up of musical offerings for you, to be performed by our gifted local musicians. We have also engaged four special out-of-town guest artists. To mark our 35th anniversary, we have also introduced a Season Pass as a new incentive, with special savings for you, our loyal concert-goers! We have prepared a limited number of Gala Season passes which will go on sale as of our next concert, on February 16, This is a great opportunity for our regular concert patrons to benefit from shopping early. From February 16th to June 15 th, 2013 we will be offering the passes at the "Early Bird" rate of eight concerts for the price of six. After June 15 th, the passes will be sold at eight concerts for the price of seven. The Early Bird Adult Gala Season passes will be offered

Contact info: Bert Rowson, President: ; Rosanne Rambaldini, Treasurer: Now here are some of the highlights of our 35th Season, to entice you: Virtuoso violinist Jeremy Bell returns on November 23, bringing his passion for the Baroque violin alive in an exciting performance of Vivaldi's "Four Seasons". Since our 35th season coincides with the 50th anniversary of the St. Paul's Sanctuary organ, we will partner with St. Paul's United to bring in Toronto concert organist William Maddox on Tuesday, January 7, He will perform an evening of superb organ music on a magnificent Casavant pipe organ, voiced by one of North America's best tonal designers. For our Gala Anniversary Concert, we welcome home the ever-popular soprano Monica Whicher, praised by critics for her style and musical elegance. This concert, on January 25, 2014, will be devoted to celebrating the music of Schubert, with a selection of his songs, as well as the well-loved "Trout" Quintet for piano and strings.
