ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR VENDORS i] Mimum 5 years of experience CCTV system. ii] Mimum turnover Rs. 25 lac per year last 3 years. iii] Registration with Sales Tax, Service Tax, ESI & EPF is essential. vi] Vendors havg ISO 9001 certification may be given preference. v] Availability of after sale service network with the Zone. Vi] Availability of warranty for every item. vii] Ability to stall Service and mata the system throughout Bangalore Zone consistg of both Karnataka & kerala Viii] CCTV provider should be authorized dealer/ distributor for the same. ix] Bidder must have its own office /cum service centre Karnataka/Kerala. Eligible terested parties may download the prescribed format of Technical bid [Annexure-A & AA] and Fancial bid [Annexure B] from Bank s website PARAMETERS FOR CCTV 1. CCTV Cameras should have low LUX capability so that the same can operate mimum illumation also. Cameras should have both auto/manual Focus mode and the Iris control should also be both manual/auto. 2. The DVR may be PC based / standalone. 3. The system should have the capability of motion and sensitivity detection with pre alarmed recordg, contuous recordg, event recordg and time lapse recordg modes, Auto switch On/Off of the recordg facility on detection of movement/light etc.4. System should be capable of multiple real time functions i.e. real time recordg, real time monitorg and searchg and real time play back. 5. It should be compatible with our existg PCs concerned branchs/offices. 6. System should have capability of creasg the storage capacity as and when required. 7. It should have a low matenance cost. 8. System should be upgradeable and the computer should be used for some other purposes also. 9. The firm stallg the system should have adequate frastructure for providg after sales service. On completion of the guarantee period of one year from the date of stallation, the firm should be a position to undertake annual matenance service of all CCTVs supplied.

3 10. System should be capable of simultaneous viewg, play back and contues recordg. 11. The System should have provision to expand recordg capacity of daily workg hours for 90 days, if required. TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. 90% the amount will be paid after the successful stallation of the CCTV and the rest 10% will be paid after three months of satisfactory service. 2. Delivery should be with 45 days. 3. The cost of the system/stallation charges shall rema force for one year from the date of work order given.

The system will have provision to copy the data external devices, like pendrive, CD etc. The vendors will tra the branch staff to retrieve data and copy the same external device. Any complat/ request will be attended by the vendor on priority basis. The Warranty period should be provided for one year from the date of stallation and the firm has to attend the complat calls, if any, without chargg for visits durg the warranty period. The Prices are clusive of all taxes and are same as that paid for earlier branches. The total cost of the system will however differ dependg on the wirg used each branch.
