Upgradation of 500mA X-Ray Machine into 800mA X-Ray Machine with IITV Technical Specifications: 1 Unit The supplier should upgrade the existing 500mA machine into 800mA machine with IITV as per following specifications. It should have 800mA, 150KV high frequency x-ray machine with floor to ceiling stand, rotating anode x-ray tubes (2 in numbers), floor to ceiling stand, all position motorized examination table and 9 image intensifier system. Sr. Specifications No. 1 X-RAY MACHINE: 800 ma, 150KVP, High frequency x-ray generator for radiography and fluoroscopy. 2 RATING: RADIOGRAPHY: 40 to 150 KVP. FLOUROSCOPY: 40 to 120 KVP 3 Frequency Of Generator : 40 KHz. 4 Output Power: Minimum 50 KW. ma Range : Radiography : upto 800 ma Fluoroscopy : upto 20 ma (Pulse) 5 mas Range : mas 6 CONTROL : Control should have having following features : Machine ON/OFF switch Digital display of KV and mas. KV and mas increase and decrease switches. Ready and x-ray on switch with indicators Bucky selection switch. Stand by and exposure release switch. Self-diagnostic program with indicators for:- Earth fault error KV error, filament error Filament error Tube Head thermal overload. X-Ray ON indicator. Incoming voltage indicator. Compliance Yes/No Detail specifications 1

2 A two-step hand switch with dual action for exposure release with retractable cord is provided for taking images from a safer distance. Please specify additional special features, if any. 7 X-RAY TUBE : Two (2) Rotating anode Dual focus 32/77 KW rating. The X-Ray tubes should be thermally protected and have focal spots of 0.6mm and 1.2 mm. Please specify. Better configuration will be preferred. Anode Heat Storage Capacity Minimum 250KHU. Higher will be preferred. Please specify. 8 HV TANK: Compact heavy duty transformer comprising HV silicon rectifiers, HT transformer, filament transformer, federal bushings all immersed in high dielectric strength transformer oil with high voltage cables. 9 COLLIMATOR : One manual (geared) for over couch One motorized for under couch collimator is provided. 10 HV CABLE: Two Pairs of 8 meter high voltage cables with straight sleevings. 11 TUBE STAND: Floor to ceiling tube stand mounted on floor with ceiling rails for convenient movement. The tube stand should be 360 rotatable and should have a counter balanced tube head. The tube head should be ±180 rotatable. Standard locks should be provided for longitudinal, vertical and transverse movements. 11 TABLE: Motorised table having motorised bucky and spot film device (semi-automatic) capable of doing all routine spot filming (4 on 1, 2 on 1, 1 on 1) for use with 8 x 10, 10 x 12, 14 x 14 cassettes respectively. Grid size 15 x 15, 6:1 ratio, 103 lines per inch. Stray radiation lead rubber flaps, Motorized bucky consisting of bucky grid of size 17 ¼ x 18⅞, 8:1 rao, 85 lines/inch. The movement of table is from 90 degree vertical to minimum 12 degree Trendelenberg with automatic stop at horizontal. Please specify the range. Stainless steel cassette tray, hand grips, foot rest and foot step should be provided. Digital display of Fluro parameters on spot film device will be preferred. Please specify. The entire fluoro procedure should be recordable on hard disk and be reviewed frame by frame. Operating voltage: 440 V A.C, three phase. 12 POWER SUPPLY: 3 Phase, 440Volts AC 50Hz with line resistance: <0.4 Ohms. Line requirement regulation ±10% with proper independent earthing. Facility to remotely control fluoro KV and ma from spot film device will be preferred. 2 CAMERA: State of art high resolution compact CCD camera, minimum ½ size of standard make. Total pixels: 752(H) X 582(V). 3 MONITOR: High resolution two (2) medical grade TV monitors, 19 size (Flat panel) along with the trolley. DIGITAL IMAGE MEMORY SYSTEMS: Monitor for images. Permanent image storage capacity of approx. 50,000 images. Up to 75 temporary image storage for quick review. DVD writer to store images on CD/DVD for giving it to patients. Flicker free images. 32 bit image storage for resolution at 800 x 600.Higher resolution will be preferred. Please specify. Image sharpening (real-time or stored images). Image rotation. Image EMBOSS for three-dimensional relief presentation. Colorized images. Dynamic contrast control (Gray Level Stretch). Negative images (Gray Level Invert). Frames averaging for smoothing of images. (Real time) up to 256 frames. Tile view (multiple images on the screen up to 8 x 8). Cine loop of atleast 500 frames (Multiple cine loops should be stored permanently). Variable frame rate of 2, 5, 10, 15 & 27 frames per second for cine loop. Image orientation: Left/ Right Top/ Bottom. Patient s Name, operator name, hospital name, date and time display on monitor. Images should be stored in folders of individual patient s name. Quick exploration of stored images. ON screen help mode. ON screen measurements Length (X and Y) and Area. Area of interest marker. Contrast enhancement of area of interest. Histogram of area of interest. Facility for image printing. Text annotations and provision of removal of all text from the image. Automatic capture and storage of cine loop with cine foot switch Offset and gain adjustments for improved image quality. Thumb nail use of complete study Frame by frame review. Printing options in different formats (frames of different loops can be printed on the same sheet, 1x1, 1x2, 1x4,1 x 6 3

4 and 1x8 formats) LAN connectivity. Digital zoom Panning Flip DICOM Compatible. System should be compatible and transferable with existing HIS and PACS system of institute. Processing unit should be branded. Best configuration will be preferred. AERB AERB approval is a must. All the approval and licensing formalities to be completed by the company after installation. Regular radiation monitoring as per AERB norms should be done by the company and should be included in the AMC/CMC. Cabling if required should be provided by the company. Warranty/CMC : Warranty will start after successful and complete installation of unit. CMC includes, machine, X-Ray tube, accessories, electrical fixtures, and all items supplied for next 8 years. All software upgrades should be provided free of cost for 7 years after installation. The supplier should provide the service for minimum 7 years after installation. The AMC and CMC rates must be quoted for a minimum of 7 years Important Note about existing machine to be upgraded: The existing radiography machine to be upgraded is Allengers 525/FC/ALLPOSE/DT machine and is in working condition. Interested parties can obtain the further details from the Department of Radiodiagnosis, MGIMS, Sevagram about the same before quoting the price bid if needed. 4

Sealed tender should be addressed to the DEAN, Mahatma Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences, Sevagram, (P.O.) Wardha (Dist), Maharashtra Tender should be submitted on or before 20/02/2017 up to 3.00 P.M. Tender received after the last date will not be accepted. Separate tenders are to be submitted for each instrument. Mention on the envelope "Tender for. (instrument name) of the Dept...(Dept name)". 3. Tender should be in two separate envelopes one for Technical Bid and other for Price Bid 4. The technical bid must contain the following (duly attested) along with Check List: a) Detailed technical specifications of equipment quoted (Catalogue / illustrated literature) and options / other model. b) A soft copy (CD) in Microsoft Word / Excel Format showing compliance with our given Technical Specifications (i.e. Compliance chart). c) Authorized dealer certificate (Current year's) from the Principal of manufacturing company for supply and service d) List of users / institutional installations / Govt. supply orders / Reputed private hospitals and copy of Manufacturing License from the manufacturer. e) Income Tax and annual returns of Last three years f) FDA Approval Certificate for the equipment / item & FDA Registration of the manufacturer. g) VAT & CST Registration Certificate h) PAN Card copy i) Country of Origin of the equipment j) If you are registered firm under Micro, Small Enterprises (MSEs), please submit a copy of the Registration Certificate. 6. For equipment to be imported the prices should to be quoted in both a) Foreign Currency - CIF Mumbai and also b) INR Delivery at Sevagram including all taxes and levies 6

7 Note: a) FOR CIF prices, the duty, transportation from Mumbai port to Sevagram, insurance will be borne by the buyer. b) FOR INR prices-- no excise duty, sales tax, VAT, transportation, insurance will be paid by the buyer. c) MGIMS is holding a DSIR Certificate for Custom Duty concession and excise duty exemption. d) For ease of computation you may furnish the import duty structure of your equipment and classification HSN code no of custom tariff. Import License and IEC code should also be submitted. e) Kindly quote the prices strictly as per the scope of the supply written in the tender without offering your special features and accessories prices. f) You have to provide Performance Bank Guarantee covering the Warranty period g) Penalty clause for delay in supplying will be applicable. 7. Payment terms: a) For CIF: L/C will be opened by the buyer on the condition of payment on successful installation of the equipment. b) For INR quote: Payment will be against successful installation of the equipment c) No advances are given with Purchase Order (PO). 8. Delivery period from date of Purchase Order (PO) to be written clearly in days. Penalty clause can be levied on case to case basis. Installation of the equipment should be free and to the satisfaction of the buyer. 9. Service and Guarantee conditions: a) Equipment will be under guarantee of two years from the date of installation. On case to case basis Performance Bank Guarantee may be sought. b) Mention the charges and terms of AMC & CMC (Labour + Part) applicable from 3rd year onwards. c) Mention about the nearest facility/office where service personnel are available. d) Mention about the facility for training of personnel safety and quality standards. 10.
