6 CABLE MARKING INTERNATIONAL MARKING SYSTEMS Knowledge Flexibility Personality PRODUCT RANGE In our range of cable marking products we offer not only standard marking that is ready-made to be mounted, but also customized and data marking. STANDARD CABLE MARKING We have developed standard marking systems, which are ready-made to be mounted, for a quick delivery of high quality cable marking. Some examples are; MINI and MAXI system, Stainless steel marking system and Label cards, Label blocks and Collars. MINI and MAXI can be used indoor as well as outdoor. Stainless steel marking is a marking system in stainless steel, which we recommend in high temperature and demanding environments. MINI and MAXI and the stainless steel system can also be delivered as useful starter boxes, which can be used both for cable and component marking. FLEXIMARK label cards are perforated labels on mounting cards, available in different sizes. FLEXIMARK label blocks are ideal to have on hand as you label cables. They are manufactured in a durable and user-friendly plastic material. We also offer different Collars, such as Transparent and Halogen free perfect for usage before mounting the wire, Snap-on collars can be used/reused after the wire has been mounted and for larger cables we have special collars for cable ties. CUSTOMIZED CABLE MARKING Customized cable marking is custom-made for a quick and easy mounting on site, when marking data is known in advance. You can easily order by sending us your specification as an Excel file by . The cable markers are Ink printed PVC signs, mounted into UV-protecting Polyethylene holders with cable ties. Within the customized cable marking group we also offer among others Stainless steel markers, Shrink tube, Marking rings and Marking tags. Textcollars and Cable tie marking are a very cost efficient way to mark different cables. The cable tie marking is even delivered already mounted on the cable tie. DATA CABLE MARKING In this catalogue you will also find our own software FLEXISOFT (page 79), through which you can easily design and print your cable marking on either a laser office printer or a thermal transfer printer. We have many different types of labels, such as FLEXILABEL, LCK/TCK self-laminated labels, CABLELABEL, Marking tags for different collars, Flat shrink tube on a roll and Flag labels for thermal transfer printers. 58 COMPONENT MARKING INTERNATIONAL MARKING SYSTEMS Knowledge Flexibility Personality For component marking we offer Standard, Customized and Data marking. STANDARD COMPONENT MARKING MINI and MAXI marking systems suit perfectly for example electric cabins and other electric devices. For this purpose we have self adhesive PGS character holders and MLM mounting profiles. Once mounted, it does not take too much space in the electric cabin and it is easy to change marking. Clip-on collars are an efficient and easy way to mark I/O Boxes. It gives an efficient scratch protection and there are different marking systems, which can be used together with standard Marking tags for thermal transfer printer and LMB labels for laser printer (see data cable marking). In addition you can also use FLEXILABEL Lexel/Thorsman 4,2 labels. CUSTOMIZED COMPONENT MARKING According to your requests we produce and deliver Engraved marking, Marking for I/O Boxes. Terminal Block marking and Stainless Steel component marking. Within the Engraved system we have a large range of signs, both in different sizes and amount of rows. The signs are delivered with or without assembly holes, self-adhesive or non-adhesive. The MLMH consist of two parts that are pressed together through the slot from both sides of the channel wall and then snapped together. 97 ACCESSORIES FOR MARKING SYSTEMS Tools & Accessories The FLKA clamping poppet is used for all sizes of PT and PTE profiles and is manufactured of Polyethylene plastic. The FLKA is used as a locking mechanism for key-chain labeling, (hanging sign), when the label is only mounted with strapping in one end of the profile. The FLG end pieces are only for the PT9,5 and PTE9,5 character holders and are manufactured of yellow and white macrolon plastic. You can easily emboss your stainless steel markers for both cables and components.
