1 TV TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS FOR COMMERCIALS INFORMATION REQUIRED In expectation of a TV campaign on-air on Discovery channels it s necessary to send an to the address materialitv@discovery.com with an advance of 4 full working days including the following information: - Client, Product, Version - Transmission Period - Total number of Copies Version - Effective lenghts - Copy Instructions - Rotation required - Channels involved COPY DEADLINES All commercial materials and written copy instructions must be given at least 4 full working days prior transmission. In the absence of copy instructions, Discovery Media will not be held responsible for wrong version telecast. In case of last minute campaign or replacements starting form the following Sunday all copies should be delivered before Thursday at 12 p.m. Italian time. However, whether it s not possible to respect these deadlines we can provide emergency procedures, but, always after receiving timely notification to our address: materialitv@discovery.com TERMS OF DELIVERY Copies files should be delivered exclusively in 16:9 Anamorphic. The deliveries may be separated and distinct, basing on the channels involved in the campaign: Playout Discovery Roma DIGITAL DELIVERY Discovery Media uses three different services to receive and ingest TV advertising materials: Adstream, IMD, Adtoox. Creative/Post-Production agencies have to contact directly them and arrange to upload the files by transferring data (FTP). All samples collected with loudness level below that threshold will be absolutely discarded.
