1 PACO PEÑA FAMENCO VIVO IDE TAVE, HOTE AND HOSPITAITY EQUIEMENTS JUY GOUND TANSPOTATION PUCHASE agrees to provide ATIST'S EPESENTATIVE with detailed directions to the place of performance. PUCHASE shall, at his sole cost and expense, provide GOUND TANSPOTATION for ATIST and entourage of eleven () people plus luggage and equipment, etc. between airport, hotel, concert venue, hotel and return to airport upon departure. HOTE ACCOMODATIONS If PUCHASE is providing HOTE ACCOMMODATIONS, a minimum of one () suite, one () double and eight (8) single rooms are required. The rooms shall be available until the day after the performance with the ATIST to comply with checkout times and hotel rules. The PUCHASE shall not be responsible for any extra charges during the stay of the ATIST. CATEING - Catering and dinner for people. - Coffee & Tea - Drinks small bottles or cans of cold Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, Orange Juice & Bottled non-carbonated mineral water. - Deli platter (cold meats, cheeses & olives) with bread - Fruit basket (seasonal fruit) - Hot meal (After show or at a time to be agreed upon with tour manager) Paco Pena Flamenco Vivo ider
2 PACO PEÑA FAMENCO VIVO IDE TECHNICA EQUIEMENTS JUY STAGE: Width: Depth: Height: 8 FOO: The promoter will provide a dancing floor made out of resilient wood. If floor is concrete, there must be (ply)wood or masonite laid over it, completely leveled and free from any obstruction whatsoever. N.B. The minimum measurements for the dancing surface are wide and deep (into stage). Preferred floor surface color is black. If there is an adjustable orchestra pit, it should be lowered to auditorium level and seated whenever possible. The dancers will always work as close to the audience as possible. SET: On stage: matching black (or dark neutral color) chairs, horizontal gate back, no arms! HANGING POT: Please note that this is measured from the proscenium/ setting line of the stage and does not include most legs and borders. These should be hung in the best position to mask all lighting bars/ side booms and drapes. Please also note that the height of all lighting bars is feet from the stage.
