The VIP 2001 can be fitted with tiltable cross arms and height adjustable mounting tube systems for infusion equipment. 7 VIP We design medical supply systems according to your needs VIP 2002 developed for a wall installation with a shallow installation depth and unit height The VIP 2002 is a neat medical supply unit, which can be accordingly adapted to the requirements, the area of use and the space situation on site. By sliding the picture, the VIP 2002 can be accessed and you can reach the technology of the medical supply unit. Rotatable 90 degrees, with tapping points for medical gases, fitted channels are used for the connecting of therapy equipment such as a flow meters with a humidifier bottle and vacuum regulation valve. fig. 17: VIP 2002 equipped with accessories Depending on the project, the installation can be done on-site using a wall-mounted construction by modultechnik. Thanks to the wide range of variation possibilities, modulux ambient can be used in a variety of hospital areas. The minimum unit height of 65 mm means that comfort is not regarded as a disruptive element in the room. 13 IV The foundation for perfect care for your patients IV 1054 variety in use The supply units of the IV 1054 range provide a comprehensive supply for your patients in many areas, thanks to their modular design. The media is fed in at the back, or on the front right or left or it is also possible from the top using a cable channel. Front profiles attached without screws ensure hygiene and prevent access by unauthorised persons. fig. 39: IV 1054, three-channel version IV 1054 comes in a single, double and triplechannel system. Additionally, there is also the possibility of fitting the IV 1054 with an upper and lower support rail, made either from stainless steel or aluminium in accordance with DIN EN The surface of the medical supply unit comes with either an electrostatic or anodized fine structure powder coat. 14 14 IVV 1054 Vertical medical supply systems offer more but take up less space The Solution for a Workplace and Room Design which meets your requirements The needs of both users and patients are the top priority for modultechnik The vertical arrangement of the medical supply unit means you gain more space to place your therapy equipment. The supply system IVV 1054 can be designed to your needs as a single, double, triple or fourchannel version (version project related). 15 IV 1054 and IVV Impressively plain flush supply units IV 1054 and IVV 1054 as a build-in module To suit your needs, the installation modules can be located in direct proximity to the patient either as IV 1054 horizontally or as IVV 1054 vertically. The fitting of the medical supply units is always adapted to suit your requirements. The fitting of tapping points for medical gases as well as for electrical and data technology components of various manufacturers are a matter of course for modultechnik. The front cover and the frame are made of aluminium, are fitted flush and can be supplied in all RAL-Colours or can also be anodised to suit the customers' requirements. 17 FS Horizontally moveable carrier systems for monitors and infusion equipment in a modular construction Apparatus stand FS 4500 Using the space saving and clear assembly of your equipment on a horizontally moveable apparatus carrier system, you can create optimum and flexible working conditions. Dimensions and equipment of the apparatus carrier systems FS 4500 can be made according to the customer's requirements. We would be happy to help you to find the best solution. The FS 4500-System is fitted on normed stainless steel rails and can thus also carry supply units of other manufacturers. 19 IME 1500 and IME duplex 19 Medical supply units with System from modul technik Ergonomic and versatile The systems of the Series IME 1500 and IME duplex complete our vertical medical supply unit product series. The IME 1500 with one and the IME duplex with two sloping, vertical equipment levels meet the demands of the users for an ergonomic and patient-friendly supply. A comprehensive support light supply with indirect room lighting, reading / examination lighting and night light can be realised using lighting components either wall mounted, attached to the mounting tube or directly integrated in the supply unit. The version of the units corresponds to the area of use whether it is A+E, the wake-up room, the Intermediate Care-Area or the intensive care ward. All installation components for medical gases high voltage and low-voltage current technology can be located both in the front and back of the supply pendant arm or in the moveable supply trolley of the BSP 2500 series. 23 moduflex The uncomplicated and transparent solution for intensive care You design your workplace The fitting of monitor and infusion equipment can be realised on the moduflex 2500 using the horizontally moveable apparatus carrier systems of the GW 2500 and IW 2500 series to suit the specific workplace requirements. The moduflex 2500 can optionally come with indirect room lighting, overview and reading / examination lighting. 24 24 moduflex 6000 The optimum intensive-care unit for taking heavy loads Complex to fit, easy to use The medical supply systems of the moduflex 6000 series can be adapted to meet the user's requirements thanks to its modular construction. It is possible to fit supply units with electrical and gas installation elements at the front or the back of the boom system. Quality and customer satisfaction are our top priority at modultechnik. fig. 65: moduflex 6000 with vertical basic support head system BSP 2500, arranged centrally and decentrally A high degree of flexibility In order to design your workplace optimally, the moduflex 6000 is fitted with horizontally moveable basic support heads. The basic support heads can be either located centrally or decentrally using boom (range 400 mm) for the infusions and breathing / monitoring side depending on the customer's requirements. Various installation components can be fitted to the basic support head BSP 2500 with at several levels, both in the vertical as well as in the horizontal versions. Support rails can be mounted front and back to horizontal basic support heads, for vertical support heads they can be mounted at the side. Furthermore, there is also the possibility to equip the vertical basic support heads with stainless steel mounting tubes on both sides so infusion equipment and other accessories. 27 OP The medical supply unit for operating theatres with Large-sized air-supply system The OP 3800 is state of the art A clear and thorough concept to comply with the latest air conditioning medical guidelines and norms for operating theatres characterises the media bridge OP A disruption and turbulence-free Laminar-Air-Flow from the ceiling air supply system up to a height of 2,100 mm from the floor can be realised with the medical supply unit designed for these purposes. In order to achieve this, the OP 3800 is equipped with an all-round flow of air from the ceiling connections to the top edge of the media bridge. fig. 71: Media bridge OP 3800 The air supply apron made of VSG-Glass is fixed in place above and below using Aluminium profile and sealing elements and is removable on one side for maintenance purposes. 28 28 OP 3800 You gain flexibility thanks to our experience Apparatus and infusion trolley for the anaesthetic and surgical workplace The apparatus and infusion trolley systems of the GW 2500 and IW 2500 series are below the media bridge by means of rotating points moveable on four sides and can thus be located to suit the user's requirements depending on the customer's wishes. On the side facing the OP-Area, apparatus and infusion trolley of the GW 3600 and IW 3600 series may be optionally located. These can be moved using the rails which run along the entire width of the media bridge. 29 OP The new definition for surgery and anaesthetics in OP theatres OP 3800 as a ready-to connect medical supply unit As an option to the four-sided standard version, the OP 3800 can also be designed as an L or U shaped supply unit. All the required care fed in through the feed-in column via the interim ceiling into the OP The OP-Media bridge equipped in the factory with the project-related equipment ready for installation right up to the interfaces. Thanks to its ergonomic design on the side facing away from the OP-Area, the OP 3800 can be individually prepared for high and low-voltage installation elements as well as taping points for medical gases and vacuum on two levels. 30 30 DVE 5500 The ceiling-suspended supply unit for an ergonomic workplace to suit your needs DVE 5500 according to your requirementsn With the DVE 5500, modul technik offers a flexible and customer-oriented ceiling-suspended supply unit to meet your requirements. 32 32 DVE 7100 and DVE 7200 Ceiling supply units with pendant arms for heavy loads Moveable supply units for the intensive care and OP-Areas The moveable pendant arms of the supply units offer an optimum in freedom of movement in the workplace and can have, depending on the requirements, one or two-arm, be height adjustable and also come in a wide range of sizes: DVE 7100, one-arm version DVE 7200, two-arm version By combining a cross arm with a height-adjustable motor arm, e.g. of 1,200 mm and 1,000 mm arm length, a large working radius of up to 2,200 mm is possible. The pendant arm system can be positioned correctly using just a small amount of hand strength. This can then be secured in position using pneumatic brakes. IV 1054 as a dialysis installation system for fluids The installation of permeate, waste and concentrate tubing is done on site by the appropriate companies. In order to supply your dialysis patients, the IV 1054 also comes as a dialysis installation system. The equipping with installation elements for the high voltage, communications, data technology and tapping points for medical gases is carried out to suit the respective requirements of the project. A completely enclosed installation housing is fitted underneath the IV This offers a lot of space for on-site installation of supply and waste pipes for the dialysis concentrate, permeate and waste water. The front cover of the installation housing is made of compressed slabs (colour in accordance with the manufacturer's colour range). In the connection area of the dialysis machine there is a removable plastic cover with the suitable apertures for the tapping valves and connections. The IV 1054 is made from extruded Aluminium profiles and can be electrostatically powder coated according to the customer's wishes in all RAL-Card. modultechnik produces all medical supply units in accordance with the plans approved by designers and users. The remaining project development by in the factory and on-site, the optimum procedure method is outlined in our quality management manual. The assembly and fitting of the IV 1054 can be realised on solid structure or lightweight construction walls with the necessary special fixings.
