The clocks go back an hour and to celebrate the cosy darker nights, the people of Portsmouth are invited to take their pick from a fantastic programme of events. For the whole day and into the evening of 24th October venues across the city open up to the people of Portsmouth, giving them the opportunity to enjoy tours, workshops, exhibitions and performances. In this drop-in workshop, your challenge will be to make a sand timer that will run for one minute every time you use it! 5 Light Up the Night marks the United Nation s International Year of Light and Light Based Technologies.
