3 Timeline Timing of your Event Our pricing is based on the space and timeframe you need for your event. We offer pricing for renting a single floor or the entire gallery. We also offer full day pricing and half day pricing. There is no cut-off time for evening events, so you are free to entertain your guests as late as you would like! To better understand what time frame will work best for you, our options are as follows: Full Day Twelve consecutive hours of your choice. An hour may be taken from this timeframe for a rehearsal on an earlier date, subject to availability. Half Day Evening Seven consectutive hours of your choice. This timeframe must begin at 4:00 PM or later. Half Day Morning Seven consectutive hours of your choice. This timeframe must be completed by 3:00 PM or earlier. Additional Hours are available for $250/hour. These timeframes must include all set up and breakdown time needed for your event. All of our approved caterers are completely full-service. This includes set up, a full staff including bartenders, and breakdown at the end of your event. 3

5 Additional Packages We offer fun and unique packages that can help to enhance your event without stretching your budget. Tables & Chairs Package $450 Our in-house tables & chairs package makes rentals for your event a breeze. By renting this package you have your choice of the following items: 150 natural wood padded folding chairs, 15 five-foot round tables, 4 eight-foot banquet tables, 4 six-foot banquet tables, 4 three foot adjustable cabaret tables, and a podium. Lounge Furniture Package $350 Beautiful white leather lounge furniture to add a nice cozy seating option for your guests. Our modular furniture allows you to arrange your lounge in several different configurations. Lighting Package $950 Create an outdoor feel to your event with over 350 feet of dimmable Edison bulb bistro lights hanging beautifully throughout our 3rd floor. The ivory strand lights are set on dimmers to control the ambiance of the evening. Price includes set up prior to your rental time, and the take down after your event concludes. Paper lantern Package $750 Bring a soft elegance to your event with our paper lantern package. Over 100 paper lanterns hanging throughout the 3rd floor of our gallery, with multiple color combinations to choose from. Price includes set up prior to your rental time, and the take down after your event concludes. A/V Package $100 By renting our in-house A/V package, you will have your choice of the following items: Projector on a projection cart with PC and Mac hook-up cords, 70 portable projection screen, 42 TV on a cart with DVD player, wireless microphone and stand, 70 x 40 dual-sided whiteboard with markers, and 10 flip chart easels with paper. 5 Liquor discount We allow you to bring in your own alcohol, which can help to stay within your budget. All of our clients receive a discount on bulk alcohol orders with a local liquor company. Ask us for more details! Hotel Accommodations By simply renting our gallery for your event, you will receive a special discount at a gorgeous local hotel for you and your guests. Ask us for more details!
