The premises have rooms in different sizes and can accommodate people. 2 KULTURMASKINEN Address: Farvergården 7, 5000 Odense C Website: Kulturmaskinen (The Culture Machine) is a centre for cultural activities with great facilities for concerts, presentations, workshops, etc. Kulturmaskinen is located near Brandts Passage. MEETING ROOMS Kulturmaskinen offers five conference rooms, all equipped with AV-equipment, white boards and internet connection. You can read more about the rooms here. 3 AMFISCENEN There is also an opportunity to book Amfiscenen, a public cultural scene located on Amfipladsen next to Brandts Museum of Art and Visual Culture. ROSENBÆKHUSET Rosenbækhuset operates as a cultural centre, where theatre, music, weddings, café meetings and many other types of events can take place. 3

4 STORE SAL Store Sal is a flexible venue which can host up to 130 seated people and 300 standing. It is suitable for several types of events, for instance, cultural events. MAGASINET Magasinet is an attractive theatre and music scene. It has one of the city's best sound systems. Magasinet hosts more than 150 events annually, such as film festivals, stand-up comedy, revue theatre and many more. Catering can be ordered from Kulturmaskinen s café, by phone: or by ar@kaithor.dk ODENSE CITY MUSEUMS Website: Odense City Museums offers rooms and outdoor facilities for meetings, seminars and conferences, concerts, receptions and parties that need to be extra special and memorable. Such venues are located in Møntergården, Den Fynske Landsby, H.C. Andersens Hus, Fyrtøjet and Carl Nielsen Museet, with capacity up to 150 guests. 6 VOLLSMOSE KULTURHUS Address: Vollsmose Allé 14, 5240 Odense NØ Website: Vollsmose Kulturhus has four different conference rooms: Store sal (The large hall) 180 seated people / 270 standing 1980 DKK the first three hours After that: 600 DKK per hour Lille sal (The small hall) 80 seated people 385 DKK per hour Foyeren (The lobby) 50 seated people 400 DKK per hour The meeting room 16 seated people 75 DKK per hour Vollsmose Kulturhus offers a wide range of equipment for meetings and presentations, e.g. whiteboards, projectors, screens, etc. Please contact Vollsmose Kulturhus via vollsmosekulturhus@odense.dk, by phone at or in person on Mondays 12:00-14:00 and Wednesdays 13:00-16:00. 6

7 MØDECENTER ODENSE Address: Buchwaldsgade 48, 5000 Odense C. Website: Mødecenter Odense is a centre that has different purposes. The location is shared with an evening school. Their rooms vary and can hold from persons. The rooms can be used for presentations, workshops, musical rehearsals, concerts etc. Mødecenter Odense is located near Fyns Bazar in Skibhusvej. Mødecenter Odense offers 9 rooms, all equipped with a PC, a projector, screen, white board, flip chart and speakers with microphones (handheld or headset). Please note that you are not allowed to bring your own food and beverages. Catering can be ordered from their chefs. The center offers several packages, such as Day Package from 08:00 to 17:00 for 395 DKK per person, or Afternoon Package from 13:00 to 17:00 for 320 DKK per person. 8 STUDENTERHUS ODENSE Address: Amfipladsen 6, 5000 Odense C. Website: Studenterhus Odense (Student House Odense) is a place were mainly students get together and have a good time. There is access for all, but of course with benefits for students with valid student card. There are room for various activities in the house; there are study zones, bar/café area with a possibility for socializing and community, events such as concerts, film screening, lounge evenings, exhibitions etc. If you want to book a room, or ask for prices, you need to send a request to: info@studenterhus.dk or call

9 FRIVILLIGCENTER ODENSE Address: Toldbodgade 5-7, 5000 Odense C Website: Frivilligcenter Odense hosts and support volunteer activities. Booking of rooms in Frivilligcenter Odense requires a membership which costs 100 DKK per year. The target group for membership of the Frivilligcenter is voluntary social associations i.e. associations, groups, communities with local activities for a vulnerable target group, whose efforts are primarily based on voluntary work. 10 DET NORDATLANTISKE HUS Address: Nordatlantisk Promenade 1, 5000 Odense C Website: Det Nordatlantiske Hus offers a variety of cultural experiences and rental of facilities is possible. Though, the facilities cannot be rented to private persons, and the prices vary. If you want to book a venue, you need to send a request to: info@dgh-odense.dk or call BORGERNES HUS By fall 2017, Borgernes Hus will open in Odense Banegård Center (the train station), where the main library of Odense is currently located. The house will accommodate the main library, the music library, the citizen service as well as a wide range of other services. Booking of facilities will be possible. 10
