When used with recommended horizonta cabes, these patch panes are key components in HeermannTyton s Category 5e system which has been tested up to 200MHz. HeermannTyton offers Category 5e patch panes in both the AphaSnap and Universa styes. 6 Base-T Patch Panes The PowerSum teco patch panes convert feeder or equipment cabes from 25 pair to 12 individua RJ45 ports with 2 pair presentation suitabe for LAN appications incuding 100 Base-T. Panes utiize 50-pin/25 pair connector compatibe with most 100 Base-TX and 100 Base-T Hubs. Active pins are 1, 2, 3 and 6. 8 30 Category 6 Shieded Moduar Patch Pane HeermannTyton's GigaBand Category 6 shieded moduar patch pane accepts HeermannTyton shieded moduar jacks (RJ45FC6S) to compete a shieded system soution for superior protection from noise and EMI. The pane utiizes a side out tray design to aow for easy access to rear. 11 33 Category 5 Rated 66 Bocks Accepted throughout the industry, HeermannTyton s Category 5 rated 66 bock is used in equipment rooms and wiring cosets. These bocks are used for connecting voice and data cabes to premise equipment. Offered in a 50 pair configuration, the 66 bock is easy to insta, reiabe, and economica. HeermannTyton offers a standoff bracket as a method of mounting the 66 bock. Moded from a fame-retardant thermopastic, the 89D bracket is open on the top and bottom, enabing the insertion of cabe before snapping on the bock. The network interface bock is designed for use at the demarcation point it is a 66 bock with one femae, prewired 25 pair connector ocated on the right side and is incuded with an 89D mounting bracket, as we as a snap-on, orange hinged cover to designate the network interface point. 66 Bock Accessories The bridging cip is designed to make a common connection on the 66 bock adjacent quick cips. Formed from a tin pated grade A copper aoy, the cips require no toos for instaation. To keep the cabe organized and routed propery, a wire distribution spoo with a #10 wood screw is offered. The spoo mounts easiy on cross connect frames or backboards. Designation strips are avaiabe to identify the circuits on the 66 bock. Easiy snapped onto the side of the bock, these white strips provide a patform for HeermannTyton abes, or can be written upon with a pen.
