1 Welcome to Disney World SCHEDULE OF EVENTS Page 1 of 8 General Meeting Notes Breakout Working Group (WG) and Discussion Group (DG) meetings are held concurrent with Subcommittee Sessions, in different rooms as noted. Groups ending with a W (e.g. D11W) are working groups with a PAR and are working to complete or revise a standard or guide. Groups ending with a D (e.g. B17D) are discussion groups, discussing various things related to their title. Attendees are welcome to attend all general session, subcommittee, discussion group, and working group meetings. Companion/Spouse Activities/Breakfast Activities are planned for spouses / companions each day of the conference. Macaw 1 is assigned to these activities, and this room is also available for impromptu get-togethers for those not interested in attending planned off-site events. Please check at the registration desk for specific activities and off-site events. Breakfast is included with spouse/companion registration and is held daily (Monday thru Wednesday) in Macaw 1.
