Competitors need to be registered 2 weeks in advance of the closing date of the competition unless entering into a non-registered section for Freestyle solo or Slowdance. If anything is unclear to you, please seek the advice of your peers or make use of the contact details provide on this entry form. Complete the 'Competition Entry Form', pages 1-3 where applicable. Please make sure you fill out the form clearly and correctly (use block letters). Ensure all sections are entered with name, cloth number and or date of birth (in the case of non-registered sections). Non-registered competitors are required to verify their age by scanning and sending a copy of their birth certificate, ID or passport. If applicable, the competition entry form does allow for couples to be entered into on one form. Please ensure all calculations are made accurately when filling in 'page 3' Competitors/Parents/Guardians to please complete, sign and accept the adjudicators decision to be final. All completed pages, 1-3, must be submitted together with proof of payment. Details provided below. Name and surname on entry form to be used as payment reference. The Event Coordinators and sound engineer will not be responsible for the quality of recordings or for recordings that cannot be read by the cd players at the competition.
