Request to be submitted by the start of the competition). Payments: One check per team payable to EuroGymnastics with registration sheet (see packet attached witihn). Mail payment to: EuroGymnastics 20 Blazing Star Irvine, CA Athlete Registrations: Entry form & fees must be received by Monday, April 1st, Late entries, if accepted will require a $25 late fee per athlete. All athletes to register with USAG prior to submitting entries online through meet reservation process (KSIS). KSIS link to upload: Athlete s music: Preferred method is to upload your.mp3 music files on KSIS platform by April 27th, 2019 using the event link above (or copy and paste the link to your internet browser). CD option will be available as well. Please make sure to use the following file naming convention for the music: Club Name - Athlete Name First and Last Level - Apparatus Example: EUR - Angela Hsu - Level 9 Senior - Ball.mp3. Note: Coaches are asked to have a CD copy available as a back-up. D-Forms: Not required for Levels 5-6 Awards: According to USA Gymnastics Rules
