Their natural imaginations will be nurtured as their ability to focus and work as a team increases. Positive reinforcement is our method of instruction as our young artists explore Shakespeare s mind-expanding concepts and beautiful world vision. THE YOUNG COMPANY TYC is a diverse group of high school students who get handson voice, movement and character training while working on a fully produced Shakespeare play. Each year the Theater relies on the help of hundreds of volunteers to usher our audiences to their seats and assist in administrative and production departments. Volunteers are needed year-round for a variety of positions, weekdays and weekends.
