14 education YOUTH AND TEEN ACTING CLASSES Orlando Shakes classes focus on skills that benefit students in everyday life as well as on stage. Our classes celebrate the process of learning, taking risks, and challenging expectations. All sessions culminate in a presentation for friends and family on the last day. PROLOGUE SERIES A half hour prior to each performance of The Tempest and Pericles, an Orlando Shakes actor leads the audience through a discussion of the plot, themes, and major characters in the production. 18 THE FINE PRINT Lost or Misplaced Tickets Call the Box Office and we will arrange replacements at no additional charge. Exchanges and Cancellations Exchanges must be completed prior to the day of your originally scheduled performance by phone or in person. Tickets can be exchanged for the same title only, and are subject to applicable fees. At this time, exchanges cannot be completed online. No refunds will be given. Late Seating & No-Show All shows will begin promptly at the scheduled time. Tickets are null and void after a performance begins and may be resold if you are not present at the performance start time. Late seating will be at the House Manager s discretion. Standby Tickets Standby tickets are available for some sold-out performances on the day of the show, in person, 90 minutes prior to showtime. Patrons will be seated in unused seats in the order of tickets purchased. Standby tickets do not guarantee admission and parties may be split. Families with Young Children Children under the age of five will not be admitted to our Signature Series. We encourage younger patrons to attend our Children s Series.
