2 MIN SIDE (= My Page) When you log into you see MIN SIDE (My Page). MINE MØDER (= My Meetings) From MIN SIDE (= My Page) you click on MINE MØDER (= My Meetings). Click on (= Book a Meeting). (This botton indicates that Jobcenter has permitted you to selfbook a meeting. (= (MY CALENDAR) (= MY PLAN) (= My Meetings) (= MY MEETINGS) (= (MY MESSAGE BOX) (= MY ABSENCE) (= REGISTRATION/DEREGISTRATION) (= MY PROFILE) (= MY HISTORY) (= SETTINGS) (= Book a meeting with Jobcenter You can book a meeting if you need to speak with Jobcenter or you need counseling. Jobcenter may also have various offers for you to book.) (= Book a Meeting) 2

3 Step 1 - Select Type of Meeting A meeting overview shows the type of meetings that you can book. When clicking in a circle, a meeting description appears. Click on the circle next to the desired type of meeting and then click on (= Continue). (= Step 1 I would like a meeting concerning) (= Information meeting for recently unimployed persons) (= Job inverview for persons with less than 4 weeks of unemployment) A-kasse (= Job inverview for members of an a-kasse ~ Unemployment Fund) (= Description) (= Select an offer and read the description). If Jobcenter allows you to select a specific Social Worker, you will be directed to Select Social Worker (Step 2). If not, you will be directed to Select Meeting Date and Hour (Step 3). Step 2 - Select Social Worker (= Continue) You can select a specific Social Worker (in this example Pernille), or you can select Ingen foretrukne (= No Preference) if you will let the system find you any available Social Worker. Then click on Jobcenter - Pernille (= Step 2 I would like a meeting with Jobcenter Pernille) (= Continue) (= Select a Social Worker) (= No Preference) Jobcenter - Pernille Jobcenter - Tina (= Worth Knowing) (= Select your preferred Social Worker) (= If you have no preferred Social Worker, you can select Ingen foretrukne = No Preference). (= Click on Fortsæt = Continue to see the available meeting hours. (= Continue) 3

4 Step 3 - Select Meeting Time (Date and Hour) Select meeting date from the calendar. Dates with available hours are displayed with the icon Click on the desired date. (= Available Hours). (= Step 3 Select Meeting Time) (= Select date and then select meeting hour). (= Continue) Now the available hours on the selected date are displayed. If you have other appointments in MIN KALENDER (= My Calendar) on the same date, these will also be displayed on the page. Click on the desired hour and then click on. Should only one meeting hour be available, you must still click on the hour before clicking Click on (= Continue) when you have selected both date and hour. (= Select meeting hour). 4

5 Step 4 - Read about your Rights and Duties Tick off the box next to the text JEG HAR LÆST RETTIGHEDER OG PLIGTER (= I have Read my Rights and Duties) after having read the text. 7 Acknowledgement Finally an acknowledgement showing all meeting details is shown. When clicking on (= Go to My Calendar) you can see the meeting details immediately. (You can also see the meeting details in MINE MØDER (= My Meetings). 8 View, Rebook or Cancel a Meeting To view the booked meeting, click on MINE MØDER (= My Meetings) on MIN SIDE (= My Page). Under Kommende møder (= Upcoming Meetings) in the middle of the page you can see additional meeting data by clicking on the meeting. It is a.o. from here that you may rebook or cancel the meeting if permitted by Jobcenter. (= MY MEETINGS) (= Book a meeting with Jobcenter You can book a meeting if you need to speak with Jobcenter or you need counseling. Jobcenter may also have various offers for you to book.)
