Warm'upsJAmusicalwarmupshouldbeprecededbyaphysiologicwarmuptoraise theinternaltemperatureofthebody.thisshouldincludecirculationexercisesaswellas stretching. 2. Cool'downsJStretchingafterpracticeisequallyifnotmoreimportant.Musclestendto shortenwithrepetitiveuseandmustbebroughtbacktooptimalrestinglength;waste productsofmuscularactivityneedtobeeliminatedthroughefficientcirculation. 3. BreaksJPracticeshouldbeinterruptedwithbreaksevery30to45minutes.Thebreak shouldattheleastincludewalkingtoaidcirculation.mentalassessmentofpracticing couldbeincorporatedintobreaks,orlisteningtoatapeofoneself.somestretches couldalsobeused. 4. PacingJItisimportanttograduallyincreasepracticetimeoveralongperiodoftime ratherthanabruptly binging. Thisallowsthebodytobuildupconditioning. 5.
