8 7 SEPTEMBER 2018 THESE GUIDELINES The objective of these brand & identity guidelines is to demonstrate how the T10 League identity and all its associated visual elements and illustrations can be accustomed to breathe life into this event/brand. The design elements that comprise the event identity includes the event logo, symbol, word mark, typeface, sub-graphic, colours, tagline, web-type, photography and commercial marks. Consistency in use of the event identity and all event graphic elements is to ensure that we deliver a strong and unique visual guide, with the vision to grow the affinity and loyalty to the brand. It is critical that these guidelines are used across all areas for a synchronized brand experience. These Guidelines do not seek to describe all possible applications, but provide examples and instructions/directions that illustrate the correct usage and application that can be translated into a wide variety of scenarios. We thank you for abiding and following these Guidelines in the manner and spirit in which they have been created to help us all deliver a vibrant and unique visual experience for T10 League. 9 8 SEPTEMBER 2018 GUIDELINES Usage rights in these guidelines are intended for authorized members/parties may utilize the graphics in these guidelines. Usage rights will vary between organizations. Please check your contracts to ensure you have the rights to use the various materials provided in these guidelines. Use of these guidelines or any part thereof is for the purpose of informing recipients of graphic standards and does not constitute an authorization to reproduce any of the marks and elements it relates to. Any and all uses must be subsequently applied for and authorized by T10 Sports Management FZC. The information included in these guidelines does not constitute representations of any kind and the usage guides set out in these guidelines are supplemental to, and are not intended to replace, any relevant provisions regarding use of intellectual property set out in the agreement between the T10 Sports Management FZC will not be able to, and does not grant the right to use any Third party IP, photographic imagery and any third party intellectual property (photographic or graphic) or the right to use the image of any player or group of players past or present. Prior written consent from the image owner/authorized body/board/agency is required for any such use. To this end, any approvals provided by T10 Sports Management FZC shall not extend to (or in any way relate to) third party intellectual property. The right to use the identity is limited to those parties (whether team owners, official sponsors, partners, hosts, suppliers or others) who have, by formal written agreement T10 Sports Management FZC, been granted such right. These guidelines are for reference and guidance of those authorized parties referred to above as to the correct and most appropriate use of the identity. All uses of the identity remain subject to: (a) the restrictions (and other terms) of the formal agreement which grants the right to use the identity; and (b) to the prior written approval of T10 Sports Management FZC for any and all proposed uses of the identity. The terms of this statement (and the brand & identity guidelines as a whole) are intended to be construed in accordance with and governed by the UAE laws. 11 10 SEPTEMBER 2018 BRAND LOGO RATIONALE The T10 league Season 2 Logo has been designed to reflect The world of cricket has changed Speed of the game is represented by the thick italic font of T10 and T Ten League denoting a sense of solidity and forward/fast movement, and the globe representing a ball which is also reflective of the 3 elements of the game bowling, batting and fielding The stylized globe with a batsman swinging encapsulates Global and big hits which is what the shorter format is all about, and is also reflected in the T10 Trophy The colors in the T10 font and the globe comprise colors which reflect positive energy The T10 League script is compact like the format, yet, contemporary, assertive and inspiring Overall the logo reflects the spirit and the fastest form of the game

The components must not be changed, adjusted or modified under any circumstances. The inclination is always for the logo to be reproduced as the positive full color rendered stacked version (as shown here). It would be ideal if you can precisely select the orientation that best suits your design. This spatial relationship between the elements must be maintained. Each grid unit is represented as an X value. Should the digital artwork be inappropriate for certain applications (such as signwriting or grass graphics), it is recommended that the Logo be constructed using the grids provided on this page and the following page. 36 35 SEPTEMBER 2018 PARTNERSHIPS As a mark of acknowledgement for their support and commitment to T10 League Season 2, a group of official composite, endorsement and designation marks have been developed for Official Partners and Teams. T10 League Season 2 associates have the ability to use these in either the official composite format or as an endorsement mark (please see relevant sections) and allow them the unique opportunity to develop a visible alliance with the competition. Composite marks have been carefully considered to give equal weighting to both brands within the holding shape, and as such should always comprise the following parts: T10 League Season 2 logo Respective associate brand logo (not present in endorsement marks) Official Designation text Holding shape (including central separator line) The T120 League Season 2 logo should always appear to the left or above the associate corporate logo No other elements can appear in the composite mark, use is only granted to T10 League associates The T10 league Season 2 logo and the associate brand logo should always appear equidistant from the central separator line The two logos should be visually of equal size - meaning that neither should dominate the look of the composite Full color and single color versions of the composite and endorsement marks are available, to ensure the logo is fully visible on all artwork They may only have full color or single color versions of both the T10 League Season 2 logo and associate logo applied to them Portrait and/or linear composite marks are available for use Associates may use these at their discretion to best fit the intended application All composite marks must be approved by the T10 Sports Management FZC office prior to use

39 38 SEPTEMBER 2018 TEAM - COMPOSITE LOGO USAGE The teams which comprise the T10 League Season 2 undoubtedly deserve special recognition, and as such each may use an official composite unit to display their relationship and participation in the tournament. As previously stated, Team Composite logos have been carefully considered to give equal weighting to both brands within the holding shape, and as such should always comprise the following parts: TEAM LOGO SPONSOR LOGO OFFICIAL TEAM SPONSOR Team Logo Respective Sponsor logo (not present in endorsement marks) Official Team name Holding shape where necessary (including central separator line) The T10 League Season 2 logo should always appear to the left or above the Team logo. No other elements can appear in the composite unit, and only T10 league Season 2 Teams are permitted to use these marks. The T10 League Season 2 logo and the Team logo should always appear equidistant from the central separator line. The two logos should be visually of equal size - that is that neither should dominate the look of the composite unit. The unit features a white background to the boundary box to ensure that, when placed onto artwork, all comprising elements are fully visible. Full color and mono versions of the Team Composite units are available. They may only have full color or mono versions of both the T10 League Season 2 logo and Team logo applied to them respectively. Portrait and/or linear composite units are available for use. Teams may use these at their discretion to best fit the intended application.
