The Nanos is our smallest mechanical battery mod to date ( Nanos is Greek for Dwarf) that incorporates our revolutionary Nanos-Magnetic-Technology Bottom Button.

The outer diameter of the device is 22.6mm The Nanos comes default with Rhodium Plated Contacts and Peek Ketron Plastics installed.

Top cap is for all genesis devices and other devices that are not bottom air fed. Be advised that the Nanos is not suitable for setups below 0.5 ohm!

The Nanos is an all mechanical mod, which means that users will have to occasionally clean the device s contacts to ensure that it performs at maximum efficiency! This has to do with the magnets in the switch, if the magnets get over 120 degrees Celsius (248 Fahrenheit) they will lose their magnetic properties. 5 1: Top Cap Top Cap The Top Cap is available in Polished SS, Satin SS or Brass Features: 510 threading for the use of 510 atomizers. Threading on the inside for assembly of the Top connector plastic. The top cap attaches to the Battery tube. The top cap is not vented so it cannot be used with bottom air fed atomizers. 5

6 2: Top connector plastic Top connector plastic The Top connector plastic comes in Peek Ketron Features: Threading on the outside for assembly into the Top end cap. Threads on the inside to facilitate the Nanos Positive Pole Base. Grooves on top to facilitate the use of a screwdriver. 6

7 3: Nanos Positive Pole base Nanos Positive Pole base The Nanos Positive Pole Base comes in Rhodium over Silver Plated Brass Features: Reverse threading Groove on the top to facilitate the use of a screwdriver. Threads on the outside for inserting into the Top Connector Plastic. Threads on the battery side to facilitate the Nanos Positive Screw. Space on the battery side to facilitate a spring instead of the Nanos Positive Screw. The Nanos Positive Pole Base can be screwed in or out to adjust for the length of the 510 connection on the atomizer. The Nanos comes with the Nanos Positive Pole Base and Nanos Positive Screw installed by default. However customers will have the option to change the Nanos Positive Screw for a spring if they so desire. 7

8 4: Nanos Positive Screw Nanos Positive Screw The Nanos Positive Screw comes in Rhodium over Silver Plated Brass Features: Reverse threading Groove on the top to facilitate the use of a screwdriver. Threads to be able to attach it to the Nanos Positive Pole Base. The Nanos Positive Screw can be screwed in or out to adjust for the length of the battery. Please note the reverse threading, this is done so that when you put your battery in the screw will not get loose and will always make the best contact. 8

11 5: Battery Tube Choices - BTO Battery Tube Choices There is a big choice of complete Nanos devices ready available on our website, but you can also assemble your own Nanos, for this you will need the following: 1 x Full Top end cap for Nanos 1 x Full Button for Nanos Tube or combination of tubes for the size of battery you want. 12 6: Nanos Button Nanos Button The Nanos Button is available in Polished SS, Satin SS or Brass Features: Magnetic push button Magnetic locking system Our logo and the serial number engraved Rhodium plated contacts Only 7 mm tall with less than 3 mm sticking out of the tube. The Nanos bottom button is one of the shortest bottom push bottoms on the market to date. It incorporates our revolutionary Nanos-Magnetic-Technology for both the operation of the device and the locking system. Be advised that the Nanos is not suitable for setups below 0.5 ohm! 18 Maintenance The Nanos is an all mechanical mod, which means that users will have to occasionally clean the device s contacts in order to ensure that it performs at maximum efficiency! Besides the contacts it is also important to keep all the threads on the battery unit clean as they are also part of the complete electrical circuit. Cleaning the contacts can easily be done with a bit of baking soda, either rubbing the baking soda and contacts in your hands or putting baking soda and hot water plus the contacts in a bowl and let them sit for a while. If needed use a fine brush like a toothbrush to clean the threads. Do NOT use any sort of cleaning paste on your Rhodium contacts! Cleaning the threads can be done by using just a cloth or using special cleaning materials for either Stainless Steel or Brass depending on the material of your Nanos.
