The NCERT is an autonomous organization under Ministry of Human Resource and Development, Govt. of India and intends to procure All in one PC and related items for ICT Lab in CIET, NCERT, for which sealed tenders are invited from Original Manufacturer or their authorized dealers. Following items are to be procured: 1. All in one PC - 50 nos. 2. LED 49 display 4 nos. 3. HDMI splitter - 1 no. 4. Router 2 nos port LAN switch 2 nos port LAN switch 1nos 7. PA system with lapel Microphone 1 no. 8. Wall mount Speakers 1 pair 9. Hand held Microphone 2 nos KVA online UPS with 1 hour battery back up 2nos The terms and conditions as indicated below may be noted carefully and complied with, while submitting the tender with reference to this enquiry. The party, who agrees to the said terms and conditions, is requested to quote their lowest rates. Non adherence of terms and conditions may result in rejection of the tender. 1. The tender shall be submitted strictly in accordance with Performa enclosed as per Annexure- A. The specifications of all items are available at Annexture B 2. The tenders should be signed by the authorized person and his/her full name and status should be indicated below his/her signature. All pages of tenders be signed with office seal. Offers from tenderer, if found incomplete, will be considered as unresponsive. 3. Overwriting, cutting/erasing, if any, should clearly be indicated and should be authenticated/ attested by the tenderer. There shall be no cutting/ overwriting in rates and other financial entries. You are required to furnish a certificate to the effect that no cutting/overwriting in the rates etc. have been made. along with the quotation 4. Tender may be sent either by post/ courier or to be dropped by hand to the tender box placed in room no.114 at first floor,chacha Nehru Bhavan, CIET, NCERT, Sri Aurobindo Marg,New Delhi In both the

2 cases tender should be accepted upto date and time as mentioned i.e. 4:00 PM on CIET, CIET,NCERT will not be responsible for any postal delay.. 5 The tender should be addressed to Joint Director, CIET, Chacha Nehru Bhawan, NCERT Sri Aurobindo Marg, New Delhi Tender will not be accepted if it is received after the due date and time as specified in the quotations letter i.e. 4:00 PM on CIET, NCERT will not be responsible for any postal delay. 7. All tenders must be accompanied by earnest money deposit (EMD) for an amount of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) in the form of Demand Draft/Banker Cheque drawn in favour of Joint Director, CIET, NCERT and payable at SBI, NCERT Branch, New Delhi. The EMD will be liable to be forfeited, if the tenderer withdraws, amends, impairs the tender in any respect. No interest will be paid on EMD. EMD will be refunded to the tenderers as soon as decision is taken in the matter. 8. The declaration that the tenderer is a manufacturer or authorized agent/dealer of offered make be furnished 9. The successful tenderer shall not sublet/transfer/assign the Contract further. 10. The right of acceptance of tender(s) will rest with the Council Authority. CIET, NCERT is not bound to accept the lowest tender and reserves the right to reject or partially accept any or all the tender(s) received without assigning any reasons, notice etc. 11. The quantity of the items indicated is subject to increase/decrease at the discretion of the competent authority without assigning any reason. 12. It is clearly mentioned that VAT /Tax is included or not, If not amount of tax to be mentioned. 13. The rates should be quoted in figures as well as in words and taxes/levies must be quoted separately. Extra charges, if any, shall be borne by the tenderer. 14. Catalogues/full particulars of the supplied items should also be furnished with the tender bid. 15. The time period for supply of all quoted items should be mentioned. 16. The guarantee period of the entire hardware components will have to be specified in the tender and documents in this regard are required to be furnished along with the hardware after placement of Supply Order. 17. The successful tenderer is required to furnish Performance Security for an amount upto 10% of the total value of the purchase order at the time of supply of stores in the form of an Account payee Demand Draft Drawn in favour of Joint Director,

3 CIET, NCERT payable at SBI, NCERT Branch, New Delhi or Fixed Deposit Receipt/ Bank Guarantee from a Commercial Bank in an acceptable form to ensure due performance of the Purchase Order/Contract. Further, such performance security should remain valid for a period of one year beyond the date of completion of all contractual obligations including warranty/ guarantee obligations. No interest will be paid on such deposit. 18. No advance payment will be made. Those who don t accept the above terms and conditions need not apply. The tenderer demanding advance payment in full or parts are liable to be rejected without any notice. 19 The payment will be made against the duly-stamped pre-receipted bill (in triplicate) after inspection and satisfactory working/performance report and proper installation if required, If the any supplied item or associated component is found to be defective the same will have to be replaced within 15 days. 20. In case the last day of receipt of tender enquiry is declared a holiday on any account, the tenders will be received on the following working day. 21. The tenderer must be available at his postal address furnished in the tender. Any change in the address must be communicated to the Joint Director, CIET, NCERT well in advance 22. The tendering firm will not lodge any claim with regard to interest for delay in settlement of his dues due to any administrative reasons. 23.
