Last mile (inside the city, hospitals) Social barriers still persist - problem of professional courage of teachers - problem of Spectators/Listeners - time and desire to learn IT of MD Integration/Implementation new application to the community IS CHALLENGE Depends on: - active strong Organizer = Engine - community size - community sustainability
