3 Trusted Advisor, Dependable Friend Like your doctor or lawyer... your insurance agent is a specialist. His experience is yours to command, * regardless of your insurance need. ANN ARBOR ASSOCIATION OF INSURANCE AGENTS PRESIDENT'S MESSAGE With "Strange Bedfellows" we close our season of major productions held here in the Lydia Mendelssohn Theatre. It has been a good year, and all because of you. Thanks greatly for the wonderful support you have given us, and for the growing acceptance of the type of theatre which Ann Arbor Civic Theatre works hard to bring you. We hope to continue to bring you real enjoyable community theatre, planned and executed for your entertainment on an nearly a professional level as it is possible for us to achieve, and yet keep our theatre by the community, of the community, and for the community and all of its people. We were especially honored this past year by the invitation and acceptance to be a charter member of the Community Theatre Association of Michigan. Such recognition indicates that the quality of our work has started to spread out beyond our own confines. May it continue to do so. This past year we were able to repay in a small way some of our debt to the City of Ann Arbor, and especially to the Park Commission, by contributing to the purchase of new merry-go-ounds for the city's parks. We hope to be able to continue this practice, and with your support, we shall do so. I cannot close without once again inviting you to become a member of Ann Arbor Civic Theatre. It is a simple matter, requiring no initiation, a very small fee which barely covers the postage and notices which all members frequently receive; the only requirement being a love of theatre which needs to be expressed. Believe me, you will find plenty of opportunity for self-expression. Once again, thanks to you for a successful season. Watch for the announcements of our "Oscar" banquet-our next major event. T. TODD JONES President, Ann Arbor Civic Theatre Cash, Carry and Save A&P CLEANERS 121 E. Liberty Street i~~ ~
