4 RENTAL POLICIES Who can rent the facility? You must be a Tuscany Resident in good standing (ie. Your Tuscany Reisdential Fees are paid in full). If you are not a Tuscany Resident but know someone who will rent for you that is okay provided they will be at the event from start to finish. You must be at the event you've rented space for from start to finish. You are responsible for the actions of yourself and your guests. What type of event are you having? Your function cannot be open to the public. We are a non-profit facility, therefore we do not allow bookings that are open houses, sales, fundraisers, auctions, or charities. There can be no entry or registration fees. You may not perform monetary transactions during your event here at the club. Multi-Bookings: You may only book one event at a time. We do not allow multiple bookings as we only have limited space to rent out to Tuscany Residents. Your first event must be completed before we can start the process to rent again. General Information: There is a two hour minimum for rentals in the Studio or Banquet Rooms. The gym can only be rented for one hour at a time. The Gym is only available to rent on Saturday's from 1-2 pm or 3-4 pm; Sunday's from 3:30-4:30 pm. We will allow your rental to go past the Club closing time of 10 pm only until Midnigh, charged at a $100 per hour security fee.

5 If you are having a party (ie. children's birthday party) you may go into the park as long as the guest policy is followed. Adult Tuscany Residents may bring five guests into the Club and Youth Tuscany Residents may bring in 2 guests. A list will need to be provided to the Customer Service desk before the party begins. Set-up and clean-up time must be included in your rental time (ie. Your party is two hours long, we suggest you book a half-hour beforehand to set-up and a half-hour to clean up). Therefore your rental would be three hours long. This way you won't go over. Cancellation and Rescheduling: After the contract is signed, if you need to cancel we will keep 50% of the fee you have paid. There will also be a $25 admin fee. After the contract is signed, if you need to make changes to the date, time, or room, there will be a $25 admin fee applied above and beyond the extra cost if any. No changes allowed 48 hours prior to the booking date. In the event we make an exception and you have requested changes to be made on the day of your rental or within the 48 hours prior to the rental date, the admin fee will be $50. Damage Deposit: We require a damage deposit in the form of a cheque for made out to the Tuscany Resdients Association, dated for the day the day of your event. This will be returned to you via mail, pick-up, or we can shred it the week after your event. How to start the rental process: Call the Club at (403) or us at customerservice.tuscany@shaw.ca We will book you in for the time, room, and date you want. At that time you need to make an appointment to come to the Club to sign the contract as well as drop off the damage deposit cheque and make payment. Full payment is required at time of signing. We will hold the room until your appointment date. If you do not show up for your appointment, it is assumed you no longer want want the room and the space will become available to anyone for renting. Please call ahead if you need to change the time of your appointment if you cannot make it.
