5 ADMIRALSPALAST BERLIN Introduction The building was constructed in 1910 on Friedrichstrasse and opened in 1911 as an ice palace under the name. With its ice arena and spectacular ice ballet, it became one of Berlin s most popular amusement sites. In the beginning of the 1920s, it was turned into a revue theater, and, during the Nazi period, an increasing number of operettas were presented. Since its spectacular reopening in 2006, the venue, with its rich tradition and historically significant location in the heart of Berlin, has once again become one of the leading cultural hot spots of the nation s capital. A place that makes a respectful bow to history and offers a meaningful home to every type of event. A finely balanced interplay of both the historical and the modern was achieved in the extraordinary building complex. Auditorium The theater with its two balconies, the big stage and the impressive chandelier shapes the heart of the. The hall s biggest advantage is its versatility. It is possible to remove the chairs on the ground-floor with an air-cushionsystem. Once the chairs are removed, almost all imaginable kinds of events become possible, no matter if conventions, congresses, gala dinners, award presentations, showcases, or movie screenings. As a special highlight, you can even use the stage itself for your event. Guests have a perfect and unique view into the atmospheric and illuminated theater opera while dining or networking. Walkabouts, foyers and the inner courtyard complete the auditorium with additional floor space for e.g. receptions or buffets; you can also rent them separately. 5

6 ADMIRALSPALAST BERLIN Walkabouts and Foyers The walkabouts in their art-déco style encompass the theater opera on all three floors. They provide lots of space for almost all event situations without seating arrangements, e.g. coffeebreaks at high tables. The installed wardrobes can be used as additional serving or back-office stations. The box-office foyer on the ground floor is the perfect place to accredit your guests and offers another wardrobe besides access to the basement toilets. The foyers on the first and second floor offer grand bars. Exciting parties with louder music have their right spot here because there are no noiseregulations for this side of the building. Seated banquets for groups with up to 50 people are possible in both foyers. A special highlight is the view into the inner courtyard, which looks fascinating particularly at night. Inner courtyard The historical building is accessible through the inner courtyard. There are several possible uses of the courtyard, e.g. redcarpet situations at premiers and awards or for hosting a public viewing. Loges The magnificent VIP-loge is the only obtained lodge of its kind in Berlin. The loge offers seating for up to 16 people and can be rented exclusively for attending the regular show-program as well. The side-loges are located at the left and right balcony and depict a unique highlight as well, especially for smaller, showaccompanying receptions with up to 15 people. 6

7 ADMIRALSPALAST BERLIN Venue F101 You enter the venue F101 from the inner courtyard of the. Besides the staircase it is accessible from the ground floor both with a personnel and a material lift. The entrance comes equipped with a counter which doubles as wardrobe as well as accreditation point of your guests. In the appealing walkabout there is a bar counter and lot of space for get-togethers at bar-tables as well as lunch breaks for conferences, presentations and similar events. The venue is located towards the inner courtyard, providing comfortable daylight; furthermore it has no noise restrictions. Given these facts, the room is suited perfectly for informative events as well as long lasting parties. Seating layouts are flexible, providing space for up to 300 persons at hightables, 200 in theatre seating, and 100 for gala dinners at round tables. Studio and Foyer A real gem with modern, industrial charm is hidden on the fourth floor. Fitted with an own stairway events can be held separately to ones in the theater. The Studio seating is removable as well, with a cable winch you can pull up the stand up to the ceiling. Without seating, almost every event is possible, no matter if day or night-time In combination or even without renting the Studio, the white foyer area offers various creative design possibilities. The big bar and location towards the inner courtyard is perfect for every event with background-music. 7

10 CAPITOL THEATER DÜSSELDORF Introduction is the largest theater in the capital of the German state of North Rhine-Westphalia. In the early 1990s, a 100-year-old, former streetcar depot was converted into a musical theater that was inaugurated with the glittering premier of the musical Grease. Its typical late 19th century industrial brick architecture gives the theater a charm all its own, making it one of the most beautiful musical theaters in Germany. The popular theater with its central location has become a permanent fixture of Düsseldorf s cultural life. The renowned stage for musicals and live entertainment has developed into a favorite meeting place for the folks from the world of the arts, culture, and business. The successful blending of the original industrial facade and modern counters imbue the space with an atmosphere that is at once both unpretentious and elegant. The theater s large auditorium, the Club in, and the foyers allow the staging of both large and smaller events that can, if required, be held at the same time, independently of one another. Auditorium The venue features not only a very unique atmosphere, its architecture is also specifically designed to spark emotions and create attention which are two essential factors for every event which aims at getting facts and information across. The theater s auditorium, with 1,250 comfortable seats, offers a 25 x 13 meter stage with a portal width of 14 meters. Professional lighting equipment and exclusive high-end technology provide the perfect conditions for your next presentation, discussion panel or speeches as part of conferences or congresses. The theatre is also a preferred location for all kind of glamorous occasions like all the awards shows and red carpet galas which are hosted yearly at the. 10

11 CAPITOL THEATER DÜSSELDORF Foyers and Open air-area When entering s large patio from the street, one can immediately feel the unique atmosphere: the successful blending of the original industrial facade and modern counters imbue the space with an unpretentious and elegant vibrancy. The foyers, with a total floor space of 1,200 square meters, are divided into an upper and a lower foyer, a winter garden, and five bar areas. These ensure a full and quick service for up to 1,250 guests. The capacious wardrobe-area in the lower foyer is designed for the same amount of guests. By separating non-used areas the foyer can be customized for any requirements, regarding the number of participants as well as the need of back offices for catering-staff or other suppliers. The open air area in the patio of the theater can be rented as well. Both for stand-alone public viewing events as well as in combination with the inner rooms as an outdoor-lounge or smoker s area. Winter Garden und Lexus Lounge The Winter Garden, facing the patio, links the Open Air Area to the spacious foyer-area. It is a versatile place for groups from 20 to 60 guests, fitted for cocktail receptions, symposia, workshops, smaller presentations and networking-events. Independently from the theater program or also in combination with a visit of the current show the Winter Garden is an oasis for every season. The Lexus Lounge serves as separate entrance to the Club or as backoffice area. With its own bar also groups from 20 to 60 guests are welcome to enjoy this nice and secluded room for workshops, conferences or meetings. 11

Built-in high-tech equipment provides the ideal sound system. The highly flexible lighting system baths the Club in the perfect light to fit the mood of each event. The individually adjustable stage, convertible into a runway or a white wedding altar, ensures a dazzling setting that guarantees the successful staging of your event. The Club has its own entrance via the Lexus Lounge and can be used exclusively even when there are regular shows in the grand auditorium. In addition the part of the lower foyer leading to the club can be separated with a curtain and used for providing buffets or promotional stands. Exclusive catering can be arranged to provide each event with a special culinary spotlight. The booking of Show-Acts, DJs or Live Bands can also be arranged. THEATER AM GROSSMARKT HAMBURG Introduction There is a new venue rising from the Musical metropolis Hamburg which isn t only trend-setting but also fulfills all demands of special live entertainment and event design. The is fully integrated into the historical market halls and offers broad transformation possibilities for theatre and musical productions, shows, events, concerts and exhibitions with a capacity for up to guests. This location not only covers the wide variety of live entertainment possibilities, but also provides room for conferences, congresses, product presentations, gala dinners, television broadcasts and movie shootings. The auditorium, foyer and bars are designed openly; the inner structure comes without distracting partition walls or suspended ceilings. Furthermore, the theater is in direct vicinity to the waterfront. Auditorium Located within the auditorium is the ascending parquet for about guests, partially accessible by stairs. A separately accessible balcony has space for up to 600 guests. The seats in the parquet can be easily removed to open up a big part of the room as flat event area. This option provides great conditions for receptions or exhibitions with up to guests. A change of the stage measurements and also a complete removal of the stage is possible and is charged according to expenditure. 15

With a variable construction of the stage, its size can range from 320 m² to m², and remains visible from all sides if placed central. Foyer area The foyer surrounds the auditorium from both sides and is separated from the auditorium with curtains. The room can also be divided into many single areas through additional curtains. Backstage und Open air area Green rooms and the production office are located in the basement and can be used as well. Wi-Fi is included. Space for catering preparation, case storage etc. is available outside of the auditorium, behind the stage. The parking lot in front of the theatre measures 80m x 115m and is charged on a daily basis. Up to 340 cars can be parked in this area. Further parking lots can be rented additionally and are charged per day and slot. 16

Auditorium The Auditorium can take 1,640 guests very comfortably and its semi-circular design with its gently ascending tiers allows an unlimited view from all sides to the 250 square meter main stage. A variety of options of covering the orchestra pit, mobile staircases, an experienced technical staff, and highperformance stage equipment ensure that your event will be put on stage professionally. It s just the perfect place for glamorous award ceremonies, presentations, conventions, and events of all kinds. 19

20 MUSICAL DOME COLOGNE Foyer and balconies When entering the expansive and impressive foyer, the visitor is immediately embraced by a striking fusion of glass and steel shining brightly with timeless modernity. The foyer extends over three floors. The ground floor features the cloak room and a lot of space for welcome desk and box office, as well as the restaurant, which can be rented separately. The two large stairways lead to the first upper floor with its three spaciously designed bars, which provide a prompt and comprehensive service even for great numbers of guests. The large main bar is placed in the centre foyer, which offers a view of the dance floor and a presents a fantastic panorama-view of the Rhine. Two stairs lead to the gallery on the second upper floor with the two side balconies. Each balcony is equipped with a mobile bar with seating facilities and bar tables, offering 150 square meters of space for up to 150 people. These areas can also be rented for an exclusive visit of the current show-program. Restaurant Our own catering-service is capable to provide buffets or menus for up to guests. But also for smaller events our cateringservice convinces with its customized solutions and its attention to every single detail. The restaurant itself can also be rented separately and features large windows for a pleasant view across the river Rhine. For 40 to 150 guests this is a room for workshops, meetings, reception and also private parties. 20

23 MUSICAL THEATER BREMEN Introduction The Bremen was built at the end of the 1990s on the site of the demolished central public pool. After three years of planning and construction, the theater was officially opened in 1999 with the premiere of Jekyll & Hyde. The use of the theater and its program of shows was modified following a change in management. Since then, the Musical Theater Bremen has distinguished itself through its widely diverse program and has gained attention nationwide. The elegant theater is one of the country s most popular cultural institutions and has been part of the Mehr! Entertainment Group since April 1, Auditorium The Bremen is one of the most modern venues of Germany. Given to the character of the amphitheater every guest has a generous view on the stage from each of the 1,450 seats, none of which are located more than 24 meters away from the spectacle. Given to its high-end equipment as well as well-developed acoustics the auditorium meets optimal requirements for all event formats where the attention of the crowd needs to be kept. Keynotes, employee and business events as well as presentations can be perfectly embedded in a professional and modern context here. Other possible types of events in the are award shows, exhibitions and TVproductions. A special highlight is the possibility to organize a gala dinner on the impressive stage for up to 300 persons. Through the entrance area you reach one of the biggest open staircases in Germany which takes you up to the parquet level with its generous, almondshaped bar. From there you can reach the next level with access to the theater-balcony as well as the Mayfair restaurant. The central staircase is visible from each foyer level and therefore a great podium for speeches and moderation. The layout of the foyer allows an individual composition depending on your furniture arrangement, no matter if it s a seated meal at elegant banquet-tables, an exhibition or simple reception. Due to its different levels and multiple bars even smaller groups can find a good spot of an event: exclusive receptions, workshops or keynotes can be held here with ease. Mayfair Restaurant Flooded with light, the restaurant on the second floor provides room for wedding parties or company events with up to 120 guests. An exclusive context is achieved through an additional entrance as well as our top notch catering. Henry s Bar Henry s Bar on the ground floor is a relaxed location for events with up to 80 guests.
