The deadline to renew or request changes is June 8, Flex Pass Reservations The FLEX PASS option provides even greater flexibility. Check the performance schedule and decide which date suits you best for each show, then contact the box office at any time beginning August 6, 2018 to make reservations for any show in your subscription series. Mailing Information All standing reservation season tickets will be mailed on or before August 3, 2018, at no additional charge. Your tickets will be mailed to the address on your order form, unless you specify otherwise. Convenient Ticket Exchange If you need to change your scheduled performance date, our staff will be happy to exchange your ticket for another performance of the same show. There is no charge for ticket exchanges. You MUST contact us at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled performance to make the exchange. You also may your request to exchange@ocalacivictheatre.com. Become An Ocala Civic Theatre Donor! Many patrons include a donation when they purchase season tickets. Since actual ticket income provides only a portion of our operating costs, these donations make it possible for us to continue providing quality theatre and innovative programs for the community. By including a tax-deductible donation with your season ticket order, you will have the satisfaction of supporting the arts, and you also will receive priority seating and special recognition in the Signature Series playbills. Check out our subscriber benefits and select the appropriate donor category on the order form. We sincerely appreciate your generosity! Special Note About Seat Assignments Seats in the center section and along the two center aisles are generally assigned to donors and season subscribers of ten years or more. New subscribers and current subscribers requesting a change should send in their order forms and payment as soon as possible. Priority in seat assignment is based on length of subscription and subscriber donor history. Consideration is also given to patrons who contributed to the renovation campaign. Priority for new subscribers is determined by the date the order was received and donor category. Come Celebrate the Excitement of Opening Night! All opening-night patrons are invited to join us for a reception before the show! Opening-night receptions are held in the lobby and begin one hour before showtime. Complimentary light refreshments are provided, and beer and wine are available for purchase. Restaurant Discounts Several local restaurants offer discounts for all ticket holders when you dine in before or after a show and present your theatre tickets. Call the box office for details. SIGNATURE SERIES Lyrics by Tim Rice Music by Andrew Lloyd Webber SEPTEMBER 6-30, 2018 The beloved musical celebrates its 50th anniversary! This humorous reimagining of the Biblical story of Joseph and his coat of many colors takes him from trials and tribulations to triumph. After his jealous brothers sell him into slavery in Egypt, poor Joseph is unjustly imprisoned. But when his gift of interpreting dreams saves the land from famine, it also miraculously reunites him with his longlost family. The catchy pop score by Andrew Lloyd Webber features songs like Any Dream Will Do and a variety of musical styles from country to calypso, disco to rock. It s an amazing Technicolor dream of a family-friendly show! He s brought along his showgirl mistress, Billie Dawn, who is so ditzy and lacking in social graces that even the vulgar Harry is embarrassed by her. When he hires an idealistic young reporter to educate the brassy Billie, it turns out that she has a sharper mind than anyone guessed. As Billie learns about history, politics, and literature, she also learns the truth of who Harry is and what she really wants out of life. 4 SIGNATURE SERIES SIGNATURE SERIES By Michael Cochran MARCH 28 APRIL 21, 2019 And you think your job is tough: Try being a Grim Reaper. Abe may not look like the traditional dark hooded figure with a scythe, but escorting dead people to the afterlife is his job just the same. So can you blame Abe for delaying an appointment to treat himself to an ice cream sandwich? Would it kill anyone? Well, actually, it might since this changes the course of events for a young couple, a hotel detective, and a casino cocktail waitress. But what can t be fixed in a Las Vegas wedding chapel complete with Elvis impersonator and a few ghosts? This divine comedy was a winner of AACT s NewPlayFest It s to die for!
