AUDIO SETUP INPUT The QUEEN OF HEAVEN softare is desiged to receive a stereo sigal from the iao, either directly ito a digital audio iterface or from a aux sed o a exteral mixer. Regardless of hich method is used, set u iao audio folloig these stes: 1. Check the DSP SETTINGS (usig the DSP utto i the to left of the scree) to make sure the desired audio device is selected.. Tur o audio usig the dro-do meu i the to left of the scree. Moitor the PIANO IN meter (ictured at right) hile the iaist lays a loud sectio of the iece (measures 40-41, for exale). Adust the triagle slider u or do util the level eaks as close to 0.0dB as ossile. This should assure a good mix etee iao ad electroic souds. This slider ca e adusted y MIDI cotroller y clickig the SET UP CONTROLLERS utto ad settig a cotroller for cotrol idex C1 uder Gai fader cotrols (detailed istructios are rovided i the softare). 3. Set the REVERB MIX (at the to of the scree) to the desired mixture level. The default is 15%, ut less may e desirale, esecially i more revererat saces. (Note: the rever alies oly to outut us 1 see elo) OUTPUT The softare also oers three stereo outut uses for flexiility i routig for erformace or recordig. Each soud source (live iao, rocessig alied to the live iao, ad triggered soudles) ca e set to ay of the three uses y selectig the desired us eeath each volume slider i the MIXER AND OUTPUT ASSIGNMENT ox. The levels for each soud source i this ox ca e adusted at ay time ith a mouse or y usig a MIDI cotroller. To set u for MIDI cotroller, click the SET UP CONTROLLERS utto ad follo the istructios i the ido to assig the desired MIDI cotroller umers to Cotrol Idices -7 (C through C7 i the slider ames). The three OUTPUT BUSES default to chaels 1-, 3-4, ad 5-6, resectively. To chage these settigs, click o the chael umers to the right of each outut level slider ad select the desired chaels. TO RECORD A PERFORMANCE, click Set Record Destiatio ad avigate to the locatio the recordig should e saved. The softare ill record the oututs of all three uses, regardless of hether ay audio is eig set to them, ad ill geerate a 6-chael audio le that ca e edited ad mixed usig a audio editig rogram.
