7 Academia( Filarmónica( de( Medellín( AFMED is a symphonic and chamber music educational program, which aims to form highly qualified professional musicians. The program is designedtointegrateyoungstudents,someofthemcomingfromdisadvantagedfamiliesofthedistrict, intoacommunityoftalentedanddisciplinedmusicians,engagedinalifeofartisticandcivicfulfilment. It offers meticulous and continued music education with international projection. The Academia was founded in 2008 by the Medellin Philharmonic Orchestra, with the fundamental contribution of the ColombianConductorAlejandroPosada.MaestroPosadaisitsArtisticDirector,withthecollaborationof theassociateconductorspablomielgoandrobertogonzálezmonjas.(filarmed.com) The(National(System(of(Youth(and(Children(Orchestras(and(Choirs(of(Venezuelaisboth asocialandculturalprogramfromthevenezuelanstate,foundedin1975bythevenezuelanmusician MaestroJoséAntonioAbreu.Currently,ithas385orchestralcentersthroughoutthenationalterritory, where500,000childrenandadolescentsaretaughtbyanacademicstaffof6,400teachers.elsistema comprises828youth,childrenandpretschoolchildrenorchestras;364youthandchildrenchoirs;27 Academic Centers for Instrument Making and Repair; 8 Centers with Correctional Facility Orchestral Programs and 16 orchestral centers with Special Education Programs. The basic principles are: every interested child can take part and will be coachedatahighlevelofmusiceducation.weliveabalanceofhavingfunaswellastakingproductive responsibility towards fellow singers and players. Through modules for advanced students interested childrencanreceivethepossibilitytodeveloptheirtalentallthewaytoexcellence.visibilityisanother important methodological principle, regular public performances strengthen the selftconfidence and enthusiasm. Superar is located in Austria, Bosnia, Liechtenstein, Romania, Slovakia and Switzerland.
