11 Judith Herrington is the Founder and Artistic Director o the highly acclaimed Tacoma Youth Chorus. She brings more than 40 years o teaching and conducting exerience to her work at Charles Wright Academy in Tacoma, Washington, and is a reciient o the Insirational Faculty Award and Murray Foundation Chair or Teaching Excellence. Ms. Herrington is highly regarded as a guest conductor, worksho, state and regional honor choir conductor, and served as visiting aculty at VanderCook College o Music. She is a ast resident and reciient o the leadershi and service award o Washington American Choral Directors Association and member o the Washington Music Educators Association Hall o Fame.
