PULI OPEN TIME The retention of the bus service was greatly welcomed. PRISH MTTERS estination plan ouncillor ooper confirmed that the R&T have requested that a representative from the ouncil join this working party to report back to ouncil. ouncillor ooper will obtain further details and report to the next meeting. Parish Solutions ouncillor ooper raised the possibility of a meeting to get all Village organisations working together. It was agreed that this should be an agenda for the nnual Parish ssembly. ench Stoke ruerne/shutlanger The lerk reported that the bench between the two villages had been demolished by a motorist. It was agreed that the bench is within Shutlanger Parish and should be dealt with by Shutlanger Parish ouncil. Mobile Phone Signal The lerk has written to complained about the poor mobile phone signal in the Village particularly near the canal which is a concern should there be an emergency situation. Invoice awaited. It was resolved to renew the grass cutting contract with NJ lackwell for 2016/17 cutting season. lerk to arrange documentation. FOOTPTHS There have been reported incidents of people being chased by cattle on the footpath on the Ridings the lerk has contacted the Rights of Way Officer. REVIEW OF RISK SSESSMENT N RISK SHEULE The lerk is reviewing and will present to next meeting. FINNE The 9 months figures were presented to ouncil. ouncillor Smith had undertaken internal control checks. It was resolved to amend minute number 1486 cheque number for picnic benches and cheque number defibrillator ratified as correct details. It was resolved that the ouncil will remain opted in to the sector led body arrangements for procurement of external audit. The following accounts were approved for payment. The ouncil would like to thank Lynda Payton, Kathryn oddington & Lee rnfield for all of their hard work and support with the current website and and hopes that the transition will take place as smoothly as possible, lerk to contact them with full details of changes.
